*Donnie glanced up to see his older brother had entered the lab*

Donnie: Nardo was naughty so he’s being punished.

*donnie raised his drawn on eyebrow glancing down and he halted his movements when he realized 2 things*

1. His little brother was screaming and crying so much he made himself Sick, there was a little bit of puke on the floor, and a puddle of tears, and leo’d hand gripping onto donnie’s leg for dear life.
2. …..His bottom was decorated in hand-shaped bruises…DONNIE’S hand-shaped bruises.

Donnie: *horrified by the damage he caused* I-I didn’t mean for it to get that far.

*he quickly pulled up his crying brother but leo FLINCHED at him*

Leo: *crying* I sowwy! No huwrt! No mowre huwrt! Pwweeease! 

*leo started to chirp in distress*

*donnie tried to touch leo’s face to wipe his tears but leo got scared and reached for raph instead*

Raph: *gently takes his little brother into his arms* shhh you’re okay now baby brother, it’s over, raphie’s here. *looking at donnie with a serious look* donnie what were you THINKING?

Donnie: I-I wasn’t. Groan! *facepalms* emotions got the best of me! I didn’t mean for it to go that far! I-I just wanted to teach him a lesson! I didn’t mean to hurt him that bad! It was only supposed to be a few swats, I didn’t-

*he stopped his overthinking when he heard the sniffles and whimpers of his younger twin*

Leo: *chirps in distress and fear, he was hiding into raph’s plastron* chirp! Chirp! chirp!

*but when donnie reached for Leo, his brother once again flinched at his touch*

Leo: *whimpers*

*raph walked out of the room with their little regressed brother whom was still whimpering and chirping out of fear and pain*

Donnie: *holding his head in his hands* …did I go too far…

*he didn’t mean to seriously harm his brother.
He was angry at leo!
He didn’t even think that he would be effected so much,
He wasn’t trying to hit him THAT hard!
Emotions were so complicated.
How could he let this happen?
