Chapter 10: A helping hand

Over the past few days me and Nazuna have been hanging out a Lot more frequently than before. Im not necessarily saying it's a bad thing but being seen with one of the most beautiful and popular girls in the 2nd year or possibly the whole school does bring a fair amount of unwanted attention. We usually only met outside of school, but as of recently she comes to visit me in school. Thankfully she hasn't come to my classroom yet.

"Kiyootaka~" a voice called me from the classroom door.

I looked over to see none other than a certain brown haired girl with a sunflower hair pin standing at the classroom door, she gave me a wave signalling me to come with her.

"Come on, hurry up we havent got all day." She said in a fake annoyed tone.

I stood up and picked up my almost empty bag and made my way to the door.

"Hey Ayanokoji who's that?" Karuizawa was the first one to question.

"She's just a friend"

Ike grabbed my shoulders shaking me. " Ayanokoji, please, Tell us how you did it." He said a desperate tone in his voice.

"What do you mean?" I replied puzzled by his question.

Yamauichi and Sudo had there eyes fixated on me, obviously awaiting my answer.

"You know, how did you get such a hot girl to be your friend?"

Is this all they think about?

I decided to ignore there question and continued to walk over to Nazuna, who was still waiting at the door with a angelic smile on her face. Following her out the class I closed the door and we both started walking away. I could hear faint murmers from behind the classroom door but I decided to ignore it.

"You didn't have to come to my class you know."

"Yeah, but I thought it would be funny seeing how you would react. She started giggling "You have some really interesting classmates"

I sighed " Well, im glad you found amusement in the embarrassment you caused me."

"Oh come on, it wasn't that bad." She said while giggling.

We continued walking to our usual hang out spot, once there we sat down on a bench. The sun illuminated the sky but not too much as to hurt your eyes when looking up, the perfect weather for an outdoor lunch. Forgetting about the weather I looked to Nazuna.

"So what did you want to talk about Nazuna?" last night she called asking if we could talk about something serious that couldn't be conversed over a phone.

Placing downher lunch box she turned to me. "Ah yes I want you to meet someone."

"Meet someone?"

"Yes, a very good friend of mine. She saw us together one time and now is demanding that she meets you."

Why would someone want to meet me?

Right on time, a girl with long platinum hair and crimson eyes stood in front of us.

"So this is the lucky guy, he dosent seem like much" she immediately started analysing me, forgetting about any form of introductions.

"Don't be like that you'll scare him" Nazuna attempted to stop her.

"He dosent look very scared to me." She got close and stared into my eyes "I'm sure he's just fine, aren't you?" The platinum haired girl asked me, although it felt more like a 'say yes or else'.

"Uhh sure."

"See, he's completely fine." She said while putting a hand on my shoulder, trying to reassure Nazuna.
