Chapter 3: The truth

               Rukia's P.O.V

"what's going on? Who is she?" 

The figure staggered trying to get on to her feet. 

"ICHIGO!! WATCH OUT!!" 

Ichigo had been distracted by the figure, watching her struggle to stand, he'd completely forgotten about the hollow facing him.

The hollows arm swung smacking Ichigo sending him plummeting to floor and knocking his soul badge flying. 

"ICHIGO!!" I yelled to see if he was ok. 

Where did the badge go?

             Ryouko P.O.V

I managed to get on to my feet eventually but, it took me a while. I noticed Ichigo laying on the floor and Rukia seeing if he was ok. I was glad they were here not glad they were hurt.

I don't think they know who I am yet because, that freaking hollow sent me flying and made me bleed. 

I lifted my head to look at the hollow, it roared at me. It was going to attack.

I readied my self to run still staring at the hollow. I didn't seem to notice a small object coming toward me a quite a fast speed.

The object flew and smacked me on the forehead, my body hit the ground with the object falling next to it.

"Oh My God!! She's a.." I herd Rukia yell.

"Soul Reaper!!" Ichigo said finishing off her sentence.

I stared at the object on the floor, it was Ichigo's soul badge.

I picked up the badge and my body and used my flash step to get over to Ichigo and Rukia.

"Please, look after my body. Oh and here's your badge." I said to them, both with their faces in shock. 

"Are you Ryouko Matsumoto?" Rukia asked.

"Yes I am."

"You went missing from the soul society 2 years ago!"

"I know! Oh your captain Byakuya Kuchiki's sister aren't you?!?" Acting as if I hadn't noticed.

"Yes I am, you do know everyone thinks your d..." 

"How's Toshiro!?!??" I interrupted. 

I was very close to Toshiro, But then I got stuck in the world of living for two years so, yeah.

"He's ok, But everyone in the soul society thinks you ... Died!"

She replied.

"What?!?! But, I was here, I.. Does Toshiro and my sister Rongeiku think I'm dead?!?!?"

I asked hoping they didn't.

"well erm.. Yes.." 

She replied with the answer I didn't want.

I lowered my head and stood up my hair covered my eyes. Tears streamed down cheeks.

"They think I'm d..dead!!!!?????"

I exclaimed.

Before they had time to answer I turned round to face the hollow. 

" It's your fault.. I..I..it's..ALL YOUR FAULT!!" I screamed 

"IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!!" I screamed shaking my head my tears streaming.

Rukia looked at me with an apologetic look her eye.
