Hotch POV
"So Jack would you like pizza or chinese for dinner." Hotch asked

"Wow dad why are giving so many hard decisions? You trying to get me ready for work at the FBI."

"Oh come on bud you know your 8 year old life has harder decisions then my job for the FBI."

"Well dad I think the best option would be pizza to save my stomach hostage."

"I think you made the right choice there, although I do have an even harder question for you"

Jack looked at him curiously before Hotch spoke.

"Pepperoni or Regular?"

"Aww man" Jack squealed then he thought and came up with a decision
"Half Pepperoni half cheese?"

Hotch looked at his son with mock seriousness and said
"How on earth did I manage to fall for that one?"

Once they got home from the pizza shop with a medium half pepperoni half cheese pizza, Hotch, Jack and Jack's aunt Jessica ate there food laughing and having a good time when Aaron got a call not from there Section Chief Mateo Cruz but from the Director of the FBI with possibly the units hardest case. Maybe one they couldn't solve with just a profile. But Aaron Hotchner would do everything in his power to make sure that didn't happen.

Reid POV

Dr.Spencer Reid sat in his small apartment practicing on his piano he bought a few years ago. Although he didn't play much he could still play better than anyone in the room. He could also give you information on anything in the world you wanted to know.

Spencer Reid is more than smart. He is a certified genius. When asked "How do you show you are better than your father?" He said "I just keep getting PHD's." His intelligence is what makes him such a good profiler. He can figure out anagrams and crack codes the unsubs leave for the police.

Although Spencer was so smart he was very socially awkward. Because of this he didn't have many romantic relationships or speak to many girls outside of his team for that matter. It's not that he has that much more luck talking to guys. Spencer wasn't strong or muscular and was always bullied or looked down upon.

This didn't stop Spencer from joining the FBI and saving lives. Now he would need all the smarts he could muster up to help solve this case. Maybe all the facts in the world or all the things his profiling training taught him might not help.

So while Spencer was finishing up a song he was attempting to write poorly I might add his cell phone rung.
"Hello" Spencer picked up the phone.
"Pretty Boy you better get down here quick we got a case and Hotch seems extra serious about it" Derek Morgan one of Spencer's best friends and co-worker said.

"Is that even possible?" Spencer mumbled lowly but enough for Morgan to hear.

"Is what even possible Ried?"

"For Hotch to look more serious."

Morgan chucked then replied
"Better hurry up Pretty Boy" before hanging the phone up

Spencer quickly ran (well as fast as a Spencer can run) to grab a bag then headed to his old car and drove to the BAU headquarters.

JJ Pov

JJ who's real name was Jennifer Jaurea was having a nap with her now 4 year old son Henry when her phone suddenly ring waking her from her slumber.

"Agent Jeareu" JJ answered groggily

"JJ I need you down here now we got a case" Hotch said with seriousness and determination in his voice. JJ could tell by his tone that Hotch meant business.

"Yes sir I will be there in 20 minutes"
JJ responded

"Make it 15" Hotch ordered then hung up.

"Wow" were the only words JJ could utter.

She then wok Henry up took him next door to the nanny and made it to the BAU in a record 16 minutes breaking a few traffic laws along the way.

Since Morgan, Rossi and Prentiss along with Garcia who never seemed to go home had paperwork now everyone was in the BAU.

"Conference room in 5" Hotch said from his office door then went back inside.

His thoughts and actions to get everyone there so quickly was not because of how bad they case was or the magnitude of it, but more of his call to the BAU from the director.

What was said in that conversation was something to die for.
