America's pov:
My meeting ended at about 9:30 AM.
I should go to my office and get some work done.
As I left the building behind me I was sworn with Reporters asking a million questions at once.
"Is it true your leaving NATO?"
"What does this mean for America?"
"Why are you doing this?"
"Whats your opinion o-"I felt myself getting annoyed
"If you don't stop asking me these questions I can and will sue all of you for public harassment of a countryhuman" I said using my power against them
This seemed to shut them up as it got much quieter.
I walked to my car and got in driving about 20 minutes to my office.I got out of my car and walked to the building where I saw two security guards standing at the door.
From my bag I pulled out my ID proving my idenity. You might wonder why we need to prove who we are. I mean were countries with very not so subtle colours and designs on our faces but trust me when I say people hace tried to impuissante a country before.

Once I was let in I passed a few countries on my way to my office most not paying much attention to me. Except for one
"Hi America!" I heard a familiar voice say behind me
I turn around to see a country with medium long white hair with red dyed at the tips and wearing a red dress with a blazer over top, and a pair of glasses resting on her face.
"Oh hey Japan, how are you this morning?" I said with a smile
"Good morning America, I'm good thank you!" She said with a light hue of pick blush on her cheeks
I looked at her for a few seconds as I felt something different about her...
"I almost didn't recognize you will those glasses on" I said noticing what was off about her
"O-oh yes, I wear glasses" she smiled out of embarrassed
"Hmm... well I should go I have some thing I need to see to" I said not really knowing what talk about
"Oh okay, I was wondering if you hang out with me South Korea and a few others after work?" She asked
I thought for a moment trying to think of any responsibillties I had after work but could not think of one
"Sure that would be fun, what time?" I asked her pulling out my phone to write the time down.
"Hmm how about 6:00 PM?" She asked me while waving to another country who said "Hi" to her.
"Yup that would be great, see you then!" I said making my way to my office
"Yup see ya" the female country said well walking the opposite way of me.I walked into my office clossing the door behind me
I sat down pulling out a notebook and a pen. I neded to figure out what to tell my people about the 'whole me leaving NATO' thing.
I sighed as I thought to myself...
This was a problem if I where to leave NATO it would give countries like Russia and China a free passage way to use their power to target the more weaker of the countries. If that were to happen it would set off a WW3.
And if I am being honest I am not sure the word could survive another world war.
If the rumores were true than that would put my younger brother in charge of NATO.
I trust Canada more than anyone if I am being honest however, he doesn't handle stress very well and I know the responsibility of keeping the countries that are in NATO safe would stress him out a lot.
And I really didn't want to put that weight on him so, that is why I would never leave NATO.
However, my government might do the opposite as I would personally do if the wrong people got voted in during the election and there is not much I can do to stop that from happening...I was lost in thought until I heard a knock at my office door
"Come.in" I said wondering who it was
"Hi America?" A voice said
"Oh hey Israel, what can I help you with?" I asked him
"Hello I am sorry to bother you but do you know where Germany's office is?" He asked me
"Yes I do would you like me to show you?" I asked clossing ny notebook
"Yes that would be appreciated thank you" He said with a grateful smile on his face.
"Yeah don't worry about it" I said walking out the door and into the hallway
We made our way to Germany's office and I opened the door to see Germany and Poland kissing-
We both sat in pure silence not knowing what to do
Poland noticed us and quickly pulled away from Germany and covered his bright red face with his hands and not saying anything
Germany then saw us standing at the door
"U-um I am so sorry you saw that. I umm..." he said clearly embarrassed
"Its fine, Israel needed you Germany" I said moving out of the way for Israel to walk in.
"H-hey um I just needed you to sign this whenever you get the chance" he said handimg a booklet to Germany
"Yeah u-um I will get that to you later today" He said putting the booklet on his desk.
"Y-yeah thay fine" he said walking out the door.
After he left Germany, Poland and I said in an awkward silence
I sighed and clossed the door to Germany's office
"So um about what we just saw" I started to say before I was cut off by a very embarrassed and worried Germany
"It not what you thin- Um... please don't be mad I am sorry I just We-" Germany was trying to explain when Poland walked up to him and held his hand comforting him
"Hey calm down I not at all mad" I said calming the German down a bit
"Y-your not?" He asked surprised
"No" I laugh a little
"Wait so your okay with us?, you okay with our relationship?" The Polish boy turned to me
"Yes why wouldn't I be?" I ask not sure why he woukd be asking me this
"Well wete both guys, and well... were datting" Poland said quietly
"Umm well I'm not homophobic if that is what you mean" I said trying to make sense of what he was talking about.
"Oh okay" Poland sighed out of relief
"However you know you can't be doing that during work hours right?" I asked getting to the point
"Yeah I know..." Germany said still holding Poland's hand
"It was my fault I was asking Germany a question and I was the one who kissed him first" He said with a blush still on his face
"Don't blame yourslef love" Germany said looking to his boyfried
"Haha don't worry I honestly don't care what you guys do but I know the higher ups will so, I just don't want you to get outted or in trouble" I said explaining why
"Yeah will wont do that durring work anymore" Germany said to me
"Alright well thats all I really needed to talk about I hope you both have a good day will I be seeing you tonight at Japans party type thing?" I asked talk to them as my friends rather than work collegues.
"Yeah we will be there" Germany said smiling
"Yup!" Poland said following along with what Germany said
"Alright see you guys then" I smile as I clossed the office door"
Well wondering what tonight will bring?
