Things we can not explain.

Chapter Two: Into the darkness

"What is going on? What's wrong with my body!?" thought Enji to himself. He appeared to have been reborn after falling into the black hole's core. He was insanely confused as to how such a thing was even possible. He was sure he died. Before he could realize the situation, the woman's tear started falling on him like rain. She was crying a lot and hugging the newborn Enji.

Enji was reincarnated into a new world. He was born in a small village near the notorious kingdom of Felicity, which was the biggest kingdom in this new world. A single mother named Salliana Bally, also known as Sally Bally, gives birth to her first child successfully. However, she didn't know that her child was Enji, who now was given a second chance at life. Sally has been living living alone for 9 months now she didn't have any relatives as well all she had were some trustable neighbors. Nobody knew why her husband had to leave, where he had to leave. All Sally knew that she wasn't alone anymore. "Thank you, gods, for giving me a healthy child!" Sally showed her gratitude. Enji was still confused as to what was going on he calmed and collected himself and started thinking about his situation on a deeper scale. The day Enji was reborn, the entire planet was shaking for a few hours, similarly to his previous world. Something very powerful has entered the universe!

Meanwhile, in the kingdom of Felicity.

Queen Felicity, the 7th, had also given birth to her second child, Helio. King Torian, also known as "The Greatest Knight," was very happy that he now had a son. Before Helio, the couple had a daugher named Colliapi she was 2 years old when Helio was born. The next day, King Torian celebrated his son's birth and threw a grand party all across the kingdom. Everyone enjoyed and had a great time. Although King Torian was a great king, he also had some dirty secrets. On the day Helio was born, the king ordered the execution of all children born on this day in the kingdom without informing Queen Felicity about any of this business. The royal family's head butler, Garrant, and the head maid Gosia had also given birth to their first child, which they named Rosaline. King Torian didn't have any mercy to give them some rest the night before the party, King Torian confronted Garrant and told him, "Listen here, Garrant, i do like you but i can't have some lowly servant servant such as your newborn share the same birthday as my son!" He said in a rude tone. Garrant looked down in slight pain and said, "Your majesty, please spare my child she is innocent!!" Garrant fell on his knees completely powerless and hugged King Torian's feet while slowly letting his tears fall down. "Take my life, let her live... She can grow up to be the next head maid. She can dedicate her life to young master Helio!!" said Garrant while crying. King Torian looked at Garrant with a despised look and kicked him on the face. "Stop crying like a little coward and tell the maids to prepare for tomorrow's party. You can keep your little runt, but do pray that Helio likes her in the future!!" said the King. Garrant stood up and put his fist on his heart and bowed down slowly, showing his gratitude to the king while he walked away. Garrant gave the good news to his wife Gosia, and they cried from happiness that night.

Meanwhile, on the day of the party, Knights from the kingdom of Felicity were searching all the villages, looking for newborn children to be executed. All the while, they eventually stumbled upon the village where Enji was born. The knights approached the village and called for the major. Many villagers gathered in a circle in the middle of the village where the kights were, and they heard the question. All of them didn't trust the Kingdom because of how badly they have been treating them over the years. An old man named Roku, the crank of the village, heard that the kingdom was searching for newborn children. He immediately ran to Sally's house and informed her about this. Sally dropped everything she was doing and immediately took hold of Enji and went down in the basement and hid Enji in a dirty old basket. By the time she came back upstairs, the knights had taken their permission to search all the houses of the city. They searched every house, found nothing, and were about to go away. Roku, the old man, asked what the search was about. The Knights stopped and got off the back of their horses. They approached the old man, and the captain knight started punching him. The old man fell on the ground, and the other knights started kicking him all over his body. "THE KING'S BUSINESS IS NONE OF YOUR INTEREST PEASANT!!" Said the captain knight while the other knights laughed in the background. At this point, they were beating old man Roku to death. Sally heard all the noise and made her way through the crowd. She saw the knights beating Roku, she covered her mouth in shock and she immediately ran to him while screaming stop. She jumped on the old man to protect him, and the knights suddenly stopped kicking. "PLEASE STOP!!" Screamed Sally while crying. The head knight saw the crowd was starting to get uneasy, and he ordered his men to retreat. They got on their horses as they were slowly galloping. Roku slowly stood up with the last drop of strength and screamed at the knights. "I WILL LIVE ON EVEN IF YOU KILL ME, YOU PEOPLE'S DOOM IS NEAR YOU HEAR MEEE!!?". The captain knight looked back briefly and smirked, then just continued on his way. Old man Roku collapsed immediately while coughing, and Sally held him. "Cough Cough, Sally is the kid, okay?" asked Roku. Sally cried and tried her best to answer. She was overwhelmed with emotions. "Y-Yes, Uncle Roku....he's alright thanks to y-you!". Roku laughed while coughing blood and placed his hand on Sally's cheek. "I'm glad Sally, you have a strong man that will never abandon you now cough! hahaha!" These were the last words of Roku. He passed away smiling.

18 years later...

A young man in a dark cloak with a dark hat comes from a distance dragging a gigantic boar approaching his house. "Where have you been all day, Roku, you fool!" asked Sally. "I got us some food, ma!" Replied Roku with a bright smile.
