König was new to the Task Force and you had been very welcoming. When you first saw him you made it your mission to get close and eyed him like prey.
"Wassup, newbie?" You exclaimed once you entered the living slash kitchen area and saw him sitting on one of the couches. He looked up at you and you saw his eyes squint slightly. You had learned that he did this when he smiled.
"Not much." He said, scooching over to give you space on the couch.
"Oh really? I heard that you had training with Ghost today." You said this just as Ghost entered to fix himself a cuppa.
"Yeah, think I might have done something to piss him off. He kept glaring at me." König lowered his voice and leaned into your ear so Ghost couldn't hear.
You both sat on the couch watching him fix his tea. You knew that he was aware of this though.
"You know Ghost's just like that?" You said loud enough for him to hear before yelling towards him. "Aren't ya baby?"
König's eyes furrowed at the nickname, he'd never heard you call Ghost that. He thought that over the few days that he had been there that he was getting quite close to you.
Ghost turned to face you with his gloved hand holding onto his cup of tea, his gaze flicked between you two before landing back to you. He gave a curt nod, not disrupting the quiet that had settled over you.
"You know you can talk to him about it? Maybe ask him why he was annoyed?" You lowered your voice to keep the conversation between you private, though you kept your eye on Ghost as well with a slight smirk.
"Rather not." König said, wide eyed. Over the days he had caught Ghost staring, the skull mask made the looks he gave terrifying yet oddly exhilarating.
"Why? You're not scared are you?" You examined König with intensity. "We can talk to him together."
"Yeah, I mean he does seem calmer when you are around."
You let out a laugh, your arm brushing against König's and it brought this feeling in his stomach. "I should hope so, he's my boyfriend."
Not many in the Task Force knew that you two were dating since you both didn't like the idea of PDA. You both agreed to keep it behind closed doors, but that didn't mean that your relationship was a secret.
"O- oh, I- I mean, I didn't know." He stuttered on his words glancing between the two of you. Ghost's gaze hadn't wavered, he had been observing the two of you while sipping contently on his tea.
"Baby! Come here!"
Ghost walked over, leaving the cup by the sink and sat right on the other side of König. The couch wasn't big and König was left squeezed between you two.
"Heard you had practice with our dear König, but it may not have gone so well." You feigned innocence but in reality you knew that the two of you were luring König in.
"You're good at fightin', I'll tell you that," Ghost said, his voice gruff before he lowered it and leaned further into König, giving him almost no space at all. "But there are a few techniques that I would be willin' to show ya."
You smirked at Ghost as you remembered the conversation you two had the day after König's arrival.
"I see that you've had your eye on the new recruit all day, love." He said nudging you slightly, getting your attention. "Anything you want to tell me?"
You bit your lip, blushing at the thoughts that swarmed in your head. You couldn't lie, you had been watching König all day and you were nervous to suggest your idea to Ghost.
