Chapter 2 - Story of Mattel Act I: Enter Red-Haired Shanks and Sea-Queen Medusa!

(Foosha Village - Port)

The large pirate ship arrived at the port, but next to another ship with the fierce-looking serpentine figurehead with fangs and horns. It belongs to Red-Haired Shanks, an infamous pirate with 1,040,000,000 Beris.

"Alright, boys, drop the anchor!" A woman ordered.

"Yes, captain!" One of the crewmembers affirmed.

Another crewmember tossed down the ramp that leads to the port. "Captain Medusa, we are heading down to the port."

"Thanks." Medusa sighed.

'Storm Queen' Jonas D. Medusa, a female ruthless pirate from South Blue, captain of Sea Devil Pirates and her bounty is 640,000,000 Beris. She and her crew used to call 'Full Sail Pirates'. She is tanned woman with a seafoam green hair and dark turquoise eyes. Her outfit features the faux leather brown trench pirate coat hung over her shoulders, white, laced, and ruffled peasant blouse with long sleeves, matching cuffs, and crisscross bust, short tattered light chestnut brown pants, an adjustable belt with Jolly Roger flag drape and brocade pirate hat.

Her ship is Voyage Sunk. The pirate ship is a four-timed size brigantine with three masts, indigo blue sails, and a Jolly Roger on the foremast. The sails also have a vertical stripe design. The figurehead of the ship consists of a pair of sea serpents.

The boy pushed through the two crew members and rushed up to woman, revealing the younger version of Jonas D. Mattel. He wears his red and orange vertical striped shirt, long blue pants, and leather shoes.

"Slow down, boy. You wouldn't try to bump into someone on the ship." Medusa giggled.

"Mom. I was already awoken in the docking. Besides, I won't miss my breakfast." Mattel said.

Medusa ruffled on her son's hair playfully.

"Not cool." Young Mattel sighed.

"Guys, guess who let the bounty dragged in?" A familiar voice coming from the port.

They both saw Shanks in his young adult years along with his crew including Lucky Roux, Yasopp and Benn Beckman.

"Shanks!" Medusa smiled upon seeing her old friend for the long time and ran up to him.

"Medusa!" Shanks overjoyed, hugging her and chuckled. "Been so long, huh?"

"Not really long time." Medusa said.

Shanks pulled away from her, introducing her to his crew. "This is Medusa, a friend of mine."

"Geez, Boss. We are the only ones who got here." Roux grinned.

"Heh. Let her stay here with us for the while." Yasopp said.

"Cause any friend of Shanks is a friend of ours." Beckman smirked, held the cigarette with his fingers.

"Glad you come here, Medusa. I also bring a little girl along the way." Shanks said before calling out to someone. "Uta! Come meet with her!"

The little girl rushed up to him after Shanks calling her.

"Shanks, who is this?" Young Uta asked.

"That's Medusa. We got a long way from the old days since we were apprentices." Shanks answered.

"It's very nice to see you, Uta." Medusa said. "We wanted to stay here for a while."

"Okay. Wait, who's we?" Uta puzzled.

"I had my son." Medusa answered.

"Your son?" Shanks asked. "Sounds like little, longer to raise a family, I'm proud of ya."
