By the time I woke up it was around eight, I slowly got up and changed into jeans shorts and a black tank top. In the city it was always usually cold so I always had to wear a jacket but now I can wear shorts and a tank top. I put my hair up in a high pony tail I ran downstair while using my deodorant so I can eat breakfast, "hey honey I made pancakes are you hungry" mom was placing the pancakes on a plate "yes I'm starving" I grabbed two pancakes and poured a good amount of syrup on them. I shoved the pancakes in my mouth trying to eat them fast "honey slow down you can choke" mom was looking at me nervously I tried to get words out of my mouth but instead food came out, I swallowed my food and I got up to grab a napkin "sorry mom I'll clean it up" she looked at me annoyed but filled up a water bottle for me "thanks mom" I grabbed the water bottle and threw out the napkin.

"Hey mom I need money for the mall can I borrow some" she looked at me put pulled out her card from her wallet " I'm giving you my card no more than two thousand dollars" I stared at her blankly "mom that's a lot of money are you sure" I felt guilty "yes honey it's for school" I gave her a hug and I grabbed my shoes and sat down.

I put on my shoes and there was a knock on the door "knock knock" was it Lucas? "I'll be there in a minute" I finished tying my shoes and went and opened the door" it was Liam I felt relieved "hey Lucy you ready to go" Liam was wearing black Nike shorts and a black Nike shirt "yeah I'm ready" I walk out and close the door behind me I was nervous Lucas was in the front seat driving but there was a girl "don't mind her it's his girlfriend" when Liam said that my heart sunk he has a girlfriend. I didn't let that bother me and I opened the back seat door and climbed onto the seat.
