My Angel (Lucifer x Fem!Reader)

My Eve

"Fuck him!"

She whispered. Lucifer's voice would be frantic and filled with concern as soon as he saw her awake. He quickly walked over to her and wrapped his arms around her tightly as he hugged her to him.

"Are you okay darling? Did you have another dream?"

He would then lean back to look at her face and he would immediately be alarmed when he noticed her breathing so rapidly.

"FUCK HIM!!!"

She said in her angry voice. Lucifer would blink at her sudden anger in that moment, and he would not expect her to shout at him. He could tell that her anger was mainly directed at Adam though so he would keep his composure and he would speak gently to her as he continued holding her tightly to him.

"Did he hurt you?"

"He did more than hurt me......"

She said trying to avoid the eyes contact with him. Lucifer's ears would prick up as soon as he heard this, and he would tighten his grip around her a little. He would kiss her forehead and would speak softly to her to confirm his suspicions.

"Did he touch you?"

He would take notice of her avoiding eye contact and he would pause for a moment to wait for her answer.

"He raped me...."

She said looking away completely. Lucifer's entire demeanour changed once he heard her say that and his body began to tremble slightly. This was something that he could not stand for and he would squeeze her tightly to his chest as if he was going to protect her from him. He would try and fight back the overwhelming rage and hatred he felt boiling inside of him, and he would speak in a soft voice that was very different from his usual tone. A few tears went down in her face. Lucifer would quickly wipe away her tears and he would look at her for a moment before he pulled her closer to him in a tight embrace as he spoke again to her gently.

"Darling it will be alright. I will make sure that he cannot touch you again. I promise you that if he comes near you that I will be there and I will make sure he is punished for what he has done to you."

"I don't wanna dream with him again... please stay with me."

Lucifer would immediately tighten his arm around her when he heard her ask him to stay with her. He could not risk her dreaming about Adam again. He would stroke her hair as he spoke to her again.

"Of course, I will stay with you darling."

He would smile softly at her and then he would kiss her forehead.

"Don't worry. I will protect you."

"Thank you."

Lucifer would smile softly, and he would pull her closer to him so that they were both lying down, and he was cradling her. He would stroke her hair again and he would try to comfort her as he told her that everything was going to be okay.

"You are safe now. I will not let him near you again. I promise you darling."

But after that night she couldn't sleep at all. It was only one day away from the fight and she got very weak for not sleeping for so long. Lucifer would notice that she was not her usual self and he would quickly notice how weak she has become due to not sleeping. He was not sure what to do and he was beginning to feel helpless when he realized that she was not getting better as the days passed. He could see her getting more exhausted and he could not bear to see her in a state like this. So, he made a tough decision, and he picked her up and carried her into the throne chamber to lay her on the throne so he could keep an eye on her and so he could protect her.
