I woke up the next still panicked by the same dream I've been having for months now. When I finally got up it was 5:30 in the morning. I opened my closet and shuffled through some close and did my daily routine. I then hopped down the stairs and grabbed the pancake mix.

I almost dropped an egg at the sound of the door bell. I was surprised being that I had no friends. I hurried to the door and when I answered it I saw a little boy about my sisters age. He had red hair and brown eyes and held a serious look. he had his hands in his jeans and a white T-shirt he acted nonchalantly.

"Hey I'm here to walk with Kari." he seemed to blush at his words. I smiled widely and nodded letting him in.

"I'm about to make pancakes you want some?" I spoke calmly. His outlook changed as he nodded excitedly and sat down. Man this kid loves his pancakes. Kari came down all ready for school. When she saw the kid she practically squealed as he ran and jumped on his back.

"Yay Sam you came!" she yelled energetically, "Jes this is Sam my new friend!"

"It's nice to meet you Sam." I politely shook his hand. He nodded while he ate his pancakes. Kari soon started digging in. we started to leave together when Kari looked at me pleadingly.

"hey sis can we walk by ourselves we're big kids now." she begged. I chuckled and nodded allowing them to walk by themselves. Their faces lit up with happiness. They looked at each other and ran ahead. I smiled at their happy faces and grabbed my bag for school.

"Well babe who knew we would be neighbors." A familiar voice called. I blushed but then wiped around and glared at Jase.

"Well why don't you  walk with with me?" He stepped closer to me and raised his eyebrows suggestively. I stepped back and raised an eyebrow.

"I don't think so." I rolled my eyes. I turned away to grab my school supplies. Suddenly I felt hands wrap around my waist. I gasped and tried to pull away while he rested his head on my shoulder. His smirk was pissing me off.

"Hey let me go!" I yelled blushing really badly. He was lifting me off the ground at the same time.

"But why should I you have to give me a good reason too." He smiled devilishly.

"What that's not fair," I groaned, " I have to get to school." He laughed at my attempt to escape his grasp.

"That's not a good enough reason you know." His grin just kept growing. He lifted me up and turned me around to face him. I was on the ground but was being held against him.

"If you wanna leave you gotta kiss me." He black mailed.

"No I don't want to." I blushed sounding like a child.

"Oh but I know you do and I told you I would get it some how." He spoke in a deep seductive voice. I rolled my eyes and was able to squeeze under his arms and grabbed my school stuff. He casually walked beside me his smile unwavering. I just rolled my eyes and tried to hide the fact I was still blushing. When we reached school he left me to go flirt with some other girls.

I sighed with relief when he was gone. Though my relief disappeared when the blonde guy from yesterday was standing next to my locker. Fear lit up like a fire in my heart. I hadn't even noticed that I stopped walking. I shakily walked to my locker. I opened it and grabbed my stuff suddenly a cold hand touched my shoulder. I jumped around to see the blonde dude.

"I would like to talk to you." he spoke in a courage shattering voice, "In private." I was scared how would I react to what he was going to say. He started ahead I hesitantly followed him but looked back I saw Jase staring at me with squinted eyes. With one last fearful glance I looked away. We turned the corner and he stepped closer making me press against the wall. the look in his eyes was scaring me.

"So I just hope you know that YOU belong to me!" He whispered territorial. My heart stopped I wanted to run, but I knew I wouldn't get away. He pressed against me I held my books closer and closed my eyes. Suddenly he was gone and I was just standing there. I fell to the ground from held in fear but then quickly stood up and went back into the hall.

I went to my first class and sat down in my seat. I looked over and Jase had his eyes narrowed while starring at me.  My response was sad glance filled with fear at him but then I looked down at my desk. When I heard the bell I jumped being brought back from my thoughts. I gathered my stuff.

"Jesse who was that earlier?" He asked. I flinched at his question as I slowly turned to face him but I didn't look up.

"I-I d-don't know." I stammered. He raised an eyebrow suspicion in his eyes. He grabbed my shoulders roughly causing me to flinch. He stared sternly at me.

"What happened?" Was all he said. I could feel the tears welling up inside me I swallowed them back.

"He said.... t-t-that... I can't!" I pushed away and grabbed my stuff and started quickly out. He gently grabbed my arm.

"look fine but let me walk with you." He calmly said and softened his gaze. Though I didn't like his annoying attitude I actually was afraid to walk by myself. I nodded and put my stuff in then went to my next class with Jase next to me. When the end of the day came near I started to panic. After the dismissal bell rang I actually went looking for Jase. I waited by my locker while staring at me feet. after fifteen minutes I decided to go by myself. I was quickly intercepted by Jase who looked extra worried.

"Alright lets go we have to hurry." He said looking  behind him. He practically forced me out the building.

"um.. whats going on here?" I asked while I stopped walking. He sighed annoyed and again started forcing me to walk. I sat down and glared at him.

"I'm not moving til you answer my question." I insisted narrowing my eyes.

"fine." He gave up. But instead of answering me he picked me up bridal style. I gasped in the sudden movement then blushed as he was carrying me home. While blushing I glared at him angrily. He smirked slightly at me blushing, but then returned to his panicked serious face.

When we reached my house he set me down still watching behind him. I unlocked the door, but before I could say good bye he pushed me in and locked the door behind him.

"Uh... Jase why are you in here?" I questioned. Though no answer came he started searching the house. I stood there in shock while he looked under the sink. He then went upstairs and started searching again. I then snapped out of it hearing the handle jiggled then a knock came. I remembered my sister didn't have a key. I unlocked the door and opened it, but was surprised when it wasn't my sister. It was the blonde dude he smiled evilly then walked in pressing me against the wall.

I looked behind him and saw my sister crying. Jase suddenly ran down the stairs and pulled out a crossbow.

"get away from her rick." He said in a serious tone. This rick guy smirked and laughed as he let go and looked at Jase.

"You can't blame a demon for wanting a meal." He chuckled. I couldn't focus on their strange actions. I quickly ran towards my sister but was cut off as rick pulled me holding me with his arm around my neck.

"And this little flower smells amazing so I knew I would have to get her first before others came." He was smirking down at me, " I mean lets be honest you and I both know there hasn't been anyone to smell as good as she does." I fought to break free and save my sister. While he was distracted I bit his arm and broke free then reached for my sister. She had passed out from shock. I pulled her away fom Rick's boonies.

I pulled her away from Rick and Jase. Rick was laughing at my actions.

"Well I like you more and more sweetheart." he laughed. I narrowed my eyes, "but if you want your sister to live you will come willingly." My eyes widened and I instinctively pulled her closer to me. I figured he had something planned so I set her down and slowly walked to him.

"Wow smart girl." He grabbed me then gave a look that scared me," but you still have to learn your lesson." I gasped and looked pleadingly at Jase who was unconscious.
