Chapter 61 - Ability Values!

The divine blood, carrying divine power, gradually infiltrated Luke's body through the newly engraved divine markings.

In this process, unnoticed by anyone, a trace of divine power was silently absorbed by the 'Soul Armament Seed' within Luke's soul.

While Loki is a god, she is not adept at the ability to see through souls. Perhaps, before her divine power was sealed, she could easily accomplish soul-reading tasks.

However, after arriving in 'Orario' and being restricted from using most divine powers, she could no longer peer into people's souls.

Being able to retain the ability to see through souls even under seal, currently in 'Orario,' is probably only Goddess Freya.

The 'Soul Armament Seed,' having absorbed a trace of divine power, showed no visible changes. It remained as quiet as ever within Luke's soul.

The engraving of the divine mark/Falna was quickly completed, and at the moment of completion, Luke's ability/status values manifested on his back.

Loki used parchment prepared in advance to trace Luke's ability values.

Initially, she didn't pay too much attention. After briefly scanning Luke's ability values, she intended to hand him the parchment for a look.

Generally, the ability values of new adventurers who have just become adventurers aren't worth much. All basic abilities/parameters are at 0, with no skills or magic – the status merely serves as proof of becoming an adventurer.

Adventurer ability values typically include Level, Basic Abilities, Grand Feats/Deeds, Skills, and Magic – these five categories.

The Level doesn't need much explanation.

Basic Abilities include Strength, Endurance, Dexterity, Agility, and Magic – five attributes.

(PS: The six-dimensional attributes of the MC in the Main God Space are modified based on this system.)

For Basic Abilities, the numerical range for each level is 0 to 999, represented by letters from I to S.

In other words, there are a total of 10 levels: 'I: 0–99, H: 100–199, ..., S: 900–999.'

After becoming an adventurer, through training or actual combat, gained experience points increase proficiency.

The more frequent the training/exercise in a specific attribute, the more outstanding the proficiency and strengthening.

However, the basic abilities before becoming an adventurer are not included in the calculation.

Instead, they function as hidden parameters/abilities, invisible on the surface but undeniably present.

Therefore, for new adventurers who have just started out, all basic abilities are uniformly rated as I: 0, and Luke is no exception.

Generally, the upper limit for basic abilities is 999, that is, S.

The only one capable of surpassing this limit and reaching SS: 1000 and above is the protagonist from the original work.

Each time an adventurer level/rank up, their existing basic abilities are reset to zero, transforming into hidden parameters.

And leveling up requires the use of 'Grand Feats.'

Grand Feats or simply great achievements can be simplified as high-rank experience points/excelia.

Defeating strong opponents and overcoming difficulties will yield corresponding Grand Feats based on the respective difficulty.

Moreover, in team combat, Grand Feats will be proportionally distributed to the entire team.
