Chapter 4

"Please be safe you three, please" Yujin mumbled as she ran down the stairs as fast as she possibly could. She was supposed to go down using the other stairwell on the other side where she ran into Leeseo and Gaeul since the three's classroom was much closer at that side but decided against it as it was filled with creatures for reasons, she had no clue of. From what she could observe, it seemed like the creatures had lost interest in her and started chasing after something else, but she couldn't care to look as she was too busy with her objective to get to the three younger girls' classroom to even worry about what was going on, on the other side.

She was extremely lucky that she remembered where their classroom was located to be fair though, she was the one who handled everyone's club forms whenever they wanted to audition for the dance club and it was thanks to her job as president that she knew where to look for each of her members in case there was an emergency. She was so glad that Gaeul made her go through everyone's forms, despite it being such a pain to do so at the time, or else she would have no idea where to even start within this mess and she was even more thankful that the three were classmates that way she wouldn't need to cover as much ground just to find them and get them to safety.

Yujin ran from the fourth floor all the way to the first with ease and she was fortunate that there were almost no monsters in her way as she was doing so. Was fate on her side right now? She really didn't know but she was thankful she didn't run into much trouble while getting there. Before the puppy-like girl reached her destination, she halted her steps on the final flight of stairs not wanting to charge in without some sort of weapon or any kind of plan up her sleeve. Since she was alone and there was nothing helpful around her to defend herself though, she really couldn't do much so the best she could think of at the moment was to stay as quiet as possible. She held her breath before peeking out into the hallway first to confirm none of the creatures was in her way before slowly stepping down and making her way to the three-second years' classroom.

"Finally" she thought as she arrived at the door. The puppy took in a few deep breaths first, she was nervousness and super anxious with her situation right now, any moment a creature could just pop out and end her life right then and there but standing there like a coward definitely wasn't going to help her with her mission as of the moment. So she stayed like that for a few seconds, doing her best to stay as calm as possible as she gathered the courage to open the door. She held onto the doorknob, mentally preparing herself in case anything bad happened the moment she opened it. She slowly twisted the knob and gently opened the door, careful not to hit anything in the procedure.

She continued to stay quiet not wanting to attract any unwanted attention and carefully made her way inside the room. Her eyes quickly scanned everyone and everything to see if the three girls she was looking for were anywhere inside, or worse if they had already turned into one of those creatures. Yujin sighed a breath of relief when she didn't see the three though, that was something to look forward to at least, there was a very slim chance that they were still alive but the thing is if they weren't here where could they be?

All of a sudden, a sound came from the speakers inside the room, this made Yujins tense body to immediately react to the sound and duck under a desk to hide "Everyone this is the principal." Yujin stayed in her position as she watched the creatures around her go to the said device as they tried to attack it.

"Really out of all times you could have used the damn broadcasting stuff it had to be now?" she thought as she mentally glared at their school's principal who was most likely locked in the broadcasting room right now speaking into the mic.

"Please find shelter and don't get out until I say so, I don't want any more monsters out there I've contacted the authorities already and they should be here in a few minutes."
