|| Meeting ||

Its time for them to cross paths , Its time for their destiny to cross paths. Where Advaith was eager to meet Avantika , Avantika on the other hand was nervous to meet him . Advaith was on his way to Sekhawat Mansion along with his family . Avantika was waiting for him to arrive and bust her anxiety but what she did not know was her anxiety will rise to its peak seeing him . Anxiety sucks . Advaith  reached Sekhawat Mansion and got out of the car , his eyes roomed around the Mansion as he felt someone's eyes oh himself but found no one there .

He entered the Mansion along with his family and they were welcomed by The Sekhawat's . " Ayiye behen jii, bhai sahab ayiye . " said kerat ji welcoming The Rathore's with a smile reaching her ears . " Namaskar , behen jii . " serat ji replied back with a heart warming smile. The all sat in the living area and soon the snacks arrived . They were all busy talking about stuff here and there when suddenly they heard the sound of anklets jiggling and they attention was drawn by Avantika . " Here come ,Avantika ." Said her mother introducing her to everyone. Advaith regretted the moment when he rejected the alliance . He was mesmerised by Avantika's appearance . He never had any such attractions or flings with someone as he was always sorted and knew his priorities well. But at the same time he tried  to appear as cold and rude as possible because he did not trusted himself and did not wanted to destroy Avantika's life .

She sat down on the couch hanging her head low feeling nervous and shy at the same time . she was signalled by serat ji to sit beside her as she tapped the vacant place on the couch . Avantika stood up and sat back beside serat ji . " Hayye !! You look so beautiful "together came the voice of serat ji and chandni ji admiring the beauty of Avantika . They liked her in first glance . This made Avantika feel ease but what made her nervous at the same time was someone's stare over her . She tilted her head to look for the peron who was staring her and Advaith was caught off guard . They had an eye contact for just 2 seconds but that 2 seconds seemed a life time to her . Their eye contact exchanged some unsaid words and they diverted their eyes at the same time . He saw something in her eyes that was not able to understand maybe it was sadness or denial . Avantika on the other hand clearly noticed the coldness in his eyes , she surely understood that Advaith was cold person and did not like to speak much as he did not exchanged any words till now , which scared Avantika as she was the exact opposite of him but right now no words came out of her mouth as the stares from Advaith made her anxiety rise . Her anxiety resulted in her leg shaking vigorously and she felt someone's hand on her upper knee she tilted her head to look fir the person and it was serat ji . This act of serat ji touched Avantika's heart to the core and comforted her to a good extent . " Beta ji hum apko dekhne aye hai khane nhi , nervous mat hoiye ." Said serat ji which made Avantika to smile to the fullest and leave behind all her nervousness and anxiety.

Everyone started talking among themself and also included Avantika. They talked to Avantika about her preferences, her studies and many more . Advaith was silent all this while and was observing Avantika's interaction with his family when suddenly kerat ji broke his deep thoughts saying " Beta , you and Avantika should talk to each other in private that would help you both know each other well. " as soon as she completed this she was encountered by a sharp glare from Raj ji . She kept mum after this and smiled as soon as she heard Advaith's words " Ji Aunty, sure ." and tilted his head towards Avantika for her permission to which she nodded and stood up . " Take him to the garden , Avu ." Came the voice of Raj ji , his face had a fake smile which he was surely forcing as he did not like the idea of Advaith and Avantika talking in private . " This way ." Said Avantika and started walking towards the garden while Advaith followed her like a lost puppy .

They reached the garden and an awkward silence consumed the environment. Avantika was too nervous to speak anything and speaking much was not Advaith's nature. Avantika somehow ( god knows how ) gained the courage to form words and spoke in a soft and smothering voice which seemed heavenly to Advaith " Jii , apka naam ? " Advaith chuckled lightly but soon coldness consumed his face as he realised he was chuckling and replied " Advaith , Advaith Singh Rathore." He said in a stern voice which nearly made Avantika scared . Again . Silence consumed the environment . " Aap humara naam nhi puchenge ? " said Avantika expecting him to start a conversation " Hume apka naam pehle se hi pata hai .. Avantika, right? " Advaith said earning a nod from Avantika. " Do you want this marriage? " Advaith asked which was quite shocking for Avantika as she did not expected him to be this straight forward but to her surprise he was . " Do you want it ? " these words skipped out of her mouth without her permission which now made Advaith shocked . " I asked you first , so answer me first . " said Advaith to which Avantika replied chuckling sadly " My consent does not really matters , you tell . " " And why do you think that your consent does not matter ?" Advaith said making Avantika feel good and prioritised . " Leave that aside , aap karna chahte hai humse shadi ? " she asked him with a questioning expression for which to answer he took a pause for few seconds and said " Haa , hum krna chahte hai apse shadi . Par apko kuch  baate batana bhi chahte hai . " Avantika was taken a back by his reply . "Jii , kahiye . " " I want this alliance but at the same time I want to tell you that I would need sometime and I would also understand if you need time . It is just that I am not exactly ready for marriage right now but at the same time I don't want to upset my maa and dadi . I will fulfil my every duty as a husband but the thing that I would not be able to provide you is LOVE , its not like I have had  bad experiences in past but I am a practical person and I don't really believe in love . Its just like a senseless thing to me and I don't have time for it . Now its your call , I respect the decision you will take . " He said and turned back leaving Avantika all alone .
