                        || Worried , for her ||

Avantika's Pov
My bare waist came in contact with his cold hands , sending shivers down my spine . And that was it , I closed my eyes the moment I felt water entering my nostrils. And the last thing that I saw was his face . He seemed worried to me , but why?

Authors Pov
Tension and worry filled the environment as they all circled themselves around the bed . Everyone was concerned about Avantika. The moment they saw her in Advaith's arms made them happy but discovering that she was unconscious worried the hell out of them . Advaith hurriedly called the doctor as Avantika was not responding to him , she was continuously coughing out water in her unconscious state .

The doctor arrived after 10 minute while Advaith rubbed Avantika's feet and palms to help her gain her consciousness but it all went into vain . " Everyone will have to wait outside ." The doctor said making everyone nod . " I'll be here only ." Advaith said more like declaring it as even the doctor could not argue because he knew who he was . Everyone left leaving Advaith with Avantika lying unconscious on the bed with the doctor. " what exactly happened to her ?" Asked the doctor . " she fell into the pool accidentally and she has Aqua phobia " he said not taking his eyes off Avantika . "Ohh" the doctor said checking Avantika and turned to say . " she will be fine in sometime it was just because she is Aqua phobic and panicked observing the situation, you don't have to worry much  . " the doctor said making Advaith sigh . The doctor unlatched the door making everyone bombard him with questions " kesi hai bhabhi ?? " " kya hua hai bhabhi ko ?" " Avantika kesi hai ?" " usse hosh aya kya ?" making him fell weird. " She is alright , it was just that she must have panicked in that situation . " Everyone entered the room and saw Advaith sitting next to Avantika on the floor and looking at her lovingly and worriedly at the same time . Everyone left the room altogether without disturbing them . " we are very sorry aunty , all this happened because of us , if we had not forced her to come with us for the hone tour all this would not have happened. " Aditya said with an apologetic expression. " Its not like this beta , you are not at fault , aur ab sad mat ho chalo Roka ki tayari bhi toh karni hai na ."

Everyone was busy in the preparations for the Roka ceremony when Kerat ji made her way towards Advaith's room to hand him Avantika's clothes . She entered the room and came across a worried Advaith who was sitting in the same position as earlier. " Advaith ji ? " keart ji called him out making him turn his head toward her and stood up in a swift motion . " Ji . " he said . " These are Avantika's clothes , please ask her to change into these when she wakes up all though her clothes are now dried but still she might feel uncomfortable in them " Kerat ji said handing him Avantika's clothes . " Aunty app mujhse badi hai aap mere naam ke sath Ji mat lagaye ." He said making kerat ji smile awkwardly. " But you are my son in-law, how can I ?" She said explaining herself. " Do you consider me your son?" Advaith asked raising his eyebrows making Kerat Ji understand him. " Thank you. " she said making Advaith confuse . " Aur vo kiss baat ke liye?" he said smiling. " For the previous night ." Kerat Ji said making him nod. " Apki beti ka hath thama hai , esi hi thoni unhe akela chor denge . " he said making Kerat ji dwell tears in her eyes . Those were tears of happiness, happiness for Avantika that she will finally fell loved and cared . Kerat Ji left the room giving them privacy .

Advaith's Pov
I diverted my attention towards Avantika again . She did not even move an inch but the doctor said she will be all okay but why is she not waking up??! I sat down besides her rubbing her feet as the it would help her relax . I was really scared the moment  I saw her com-motioning in the pool and I understood that she did not knew swimming . I grabbed her
waist pulling her toward myself and coming out of the pool I took her in my arms and rushed towards my room . I kept looking at her blankly in the hope that she would gain her consciousness . I felt some moment in her feet as she curled up her toes. She slowly opened her eyes and sat up on the bed swiftly resting her back on the headboard. I stood up to fetch water bottle from the table when she held onto my hand tightly not in any mood to leave it any soon . " Are you okay?" I asked her grabbing the water bottle from the bed table not leaving her hand . " hmm " she said nodding her head and an awkward silence consumed the environment .
