One month later...

In just a month, a lot had changed. Y/n-once the cold, distant girl with a death glare-had begun to open up. Slowly, but noticeably. She still didn't laugh, not even at Jimin's terrible jokes or Jungkook's teasing, but she didn't avoid conversations anymore. Especially not with Jimin.

Somehow, the two had grown inseparable. There wasn't a single day in the past month when they hadn't hung out. From grabbing snacks after class to their regular "non-date walks," they had become a duo everyone noticed. Y/n still didn't smile like others, but her eyes-those gave her away. She was getting comfortable. Maybe even... happy. Not that she'd ever admit it, though.

"Yaah! Y/n, slow down! I can't keep up with you," Jimin huffed, panting dramatically as he chased after her.

Y/n rolled her eyes, not even glancing back. "Not my fault you've got the legs of a toddler."

"Youuuu-!" Jimin groaned, pointing a finger at her in mock offense.

"What?" she said flatly, clearly unbothered.

Jimin took a deep breath, trying to compose himself. "You're lucky I'm in a generous mood today. Otherwise, I would've tickled you to death."

Y/n raised an eyebrow. "You'd lose a hand."

Grinning, he stepped closer and slipped a card into her hand. "Anyway, here. An invitation."

She looked at it briefly.

"My sister's birthday party-tonight, Heaven Club," he said, dropping his voice to a whisper as he leaned toward her ear. "Dress code for you? Sexy."

Y/n gave a nonchalant hum, tucking the card into her jacket without a word.

Jimin just smirked. "That's a yes."

"Hey, what's up, guys?" Jungkook greeted with his usual charm, casually throwing his left arm around Y/n's shoulder.

Without hesitation, Y/n yanked his arm off and took a step away, unfazed.

"That's rude," Jungkook said, feigning offense.

Y/n simply rolled her eyes in response, clearly not in the mood for his antics.

Y/n's POV:
The moment Jungkook casually draped his arm over my shoulder, something weird stirred inside me. My heart-yeah, that dumb little thing-suddenly decided it was in a sprinting competition. Fast, wild, and completely out of sync.

Panicked by the rush of excitement I didn't ask for, I quickly shrugged his arm off-maybe a little more aggressively than I intended. Nope. Not today, heart. Don't start your drama.

Jimin: "Alright then, see you at the party, guys!"
With a playful wink and his usual bounce in step, he waved before walking off.

Y/n, Jungkook, and Jimin all headed off to their respective classes, the air still buzzing with the unspoken excitement of the upcoming party.

"Yaah! Y/n, we're so late! It's 9 already-the party started at 7:30!" Mark shouted, banging on her door like a maniac.

The door swung open with a click, and there she stood.

"Control your hands and your tongue, or I won't hesitate to cut off both," Y/n said coldly, strutting out in an outfit that made even Mark blink in surprise.
Looking effortlessly sexy and dangerous, she walked past him.

Mark just rolled his eyes and muttered, "Let's go now.

At the party-
Jimin looked around impatiently, checking his watch for the fifth time. "It's been two hours since the party started and still no sign of that dork Mark or the bish, Y/n."
