Fairy Tail : My Story

Chapter 3

Lily's POV

"Lily, we don't have long. Let's go!" June says.

"I hope I find him. Let's- wait what guild is this?" I asked, remembering my mission.

"Fairy Tail, why?" Lucy says.

"Oh crap! I totally forgot about the message. Does Natsu still belong to this guild?" I ask, now questioning their trust in me.

"Yes, he might be outside" Lucy tells me.

"I'll wait at the door. Lily, be careful," June says. I nod my head and run. Instantly, there was a strange, yet familiar, smell, so I followed it.

When I was a little bit away from the guild hall, they attacked.

I gasped. Bandits! How did I not know earlier?

I fought hard, but not hard enough.

I punched, kicked, and did backflips to avoid their magic, but that was my flaw. I never used my magic.

I screamed in pain and the bandits smiled.

"Leave me alone!" I yelled.

"What did you say?I couldn't hear you over your lameness," One of them cruelly said.

"I'm giving you one chance. I don't want to hurt you" I say, getting into my battle stance.

"LILY!! ARE YOU OKAY?" a worried voice said, looking down carrying a certain girl my age.

"June, get down," I said strictly, and she did as I said.

"Please, Igneel, grant me some power to defeat them," I said, hopefulness in my voice.

I heard gasps from the trees and bushes, but I didn't care.

"FIRE, DRAGON, ROAR!" I shouted, magic working its path.

I fell back after the spell and my vision started to go hazy.

"LILY!" June screamed, running from the bushes. I noticed tears streaming down her face.

"You're so stubborn, you know that right?" she said.

"Mhm.." I said weakly, slipping into total darkness.

I feel so awful about writing this. I hate when I have to write scenes where people are crying.
