Chapter 8

Lily's POV

Everyone was scurrying around and taking jobs left and right. "What the heck?" I questioned. Wendy was acting the same way even though she was older than me. I spotted Natsu in the crowd and went up to him. I tapped on his shoulder and he turned around.

"Oh, hai Lily, what's up!" Natsu asked me. "What's going on??" I asked him. "Oh! the s-class trials are coming up so everyone is trying to get a spot by impressing Gramps!" Natsu explained. "Oh good gives me more time to relax! Basically I don't want to participate." I told him. "So you're not even going to try!?" Lucy said walking up.

"Nah, too much work." I told both of them. "Keep it down I'm trying to sleep!" A whiny voice said from Natsu's backpack. "sorry Happy go back to sleep." Natsu said looking tired himself. "That's why you get a sound proof backpack." I said smartly. "You spoil June and you know that is true!" Natsu said back at me.

"I do and is that bad to make sure she doesn't kill anyone?" I told him. "Wait, June can kill someone!??!!!" Natsu said. "Ya she was born with too much magic power." I explained to him. "Natsu! Let's go or we will miss the train!" Gray yelled running outside, Lucy in tow. "Ok! Lily don't get yourself killed." Natsu told me. "Ok I'll try!" I told him smiling. " I'm being serious! See ya!" Natsu said running out.

I looked at Mirajane and she just stood behind the counter not even getting a job. "Hai Mira! Why are you not getting a job?" I asked her.

"Because I am a S-class wizard,
Silly,so is Erza,and Gildarts, which you haven't met yet. In a couple weeks they will be announced! But remember if you get bored just talk to me!" Mira said with a smile.

"Gotcha! I have a question." I asked her with a smile. "Sure!" She said smiling back. I slowly opened my backpack and picked up June out of my backpack and set her on the countertop. "Awwwww" she said. "Do you think she is tired?" I asked her smiling. "Probably!" Mira said laughing a little.

We talked and talked and then when June woke up we all talked some more. "you know what I think we should train a little Lily,no magic." June said. "Ya that sounds like fun! Let's go! Bye Mira, see you later!" I said running out of the guild hall and into the back area. June used her magic and now she was a big cat.l readied my fists for the fight and then I had a idea. "Wait! Maybe Romeo wants to fight! He is my height so it's kinda more fair. "Ok, but if he says no I'm fighting you.

I ran to the front, seeing Romeo I ran up to him. "Romeo! Wanna fist fight?" I asked running up. "Yeah! Where we fighting!" He asked excitedly standing up and running to me. "This way!" I said turning around, running to the back part where June was.

We finally arrived and I got on the left he was on the right of June. I guess June's magic had ran out because now she was normal size. " ready,set,fight!" She said and we started. "Just to let you know I'm not going easy on you! So you do the same!" I said throwing a punch right at his face, making him stumble.

"Ow! That hu-I mean I felt nothing." He said with a forced smirk. "Drop the tough guy act and fight!" I said punching left and right,as he started to block my blows. "That's more like it! And I lied I'm going Easy on you at first then at 5:00 am ill go hard on you if you want?" I ask him. "Sure!" He said punching me directly in the boob without noticing. "OW! Now use legs too!" I told him as we had a full out fight with no magic.

He punched me in the face, I kicked him in the face. We went on and on until we got so tired that we just fell back in the sand and didn't get up. "Great job. Next time we will work on more of your lower body strength after that it's blocking." I told Romeo getting up. I walked over to him and put out my hand. He grabbed my hand and pulled himself up and out of the sand.

"Can you stand and walk?" I asked him cheerfully. "Yep! I think I'll manage!" Romeo said cheerfully. "Don't forget the master is choosing the s-class people tomorrow!" He said. "Night!" He yelled at me. "Don't let the bedbugs bite!" I added smiling walking to my dorm.

I walked into the dorm and it was completely empty so I crashed on my bed and looked up at the ceiling falling asleep into a peaceful dream.
