" Bru dpwm amor'i ," i could hear slump say as i laughed. Just then i heard keys in the door, as it flung open. "you gotta stop with this door flinging." Vena said side eyeing me and him. I guess he forgot what she was talking about since he made a confused face. "Nah nigga got me thinking you the cops or sum shit." Slump said looking up from his bowl of cereal.
"Y'all niggas get on my nerves." Wick said placing the bags down shaking his head. "but in all seriousness like what are y'all?? fuck buddys or have y'all been inna secret relationship?" Vena said making me look over to wick. "What are you and slump??" He said while whipping his head around towards vena. "I'm the one asking questions here." Vena said rolling her eyes and turning back around in the bar stool.
She was cut off by a sound of the guest bathroom door shutting. "Well someones angry..." Vena said laughing. I just got up and ran over to the guest bedroom sitting down on the bed. I opened up my phone and began to scroll on tiktok when i heard the toilet flush. I looked up to see wick flinch and jump backwards. What the hell is wrong with you? i laughed. "Bru you scared the fuck outta me." He said wiping his hand down his face. He then walked over to the bed and joined me.
My mind couldn't stop running and thinking back to that same thought. ( what really are you and wick?, does he just see you as a fuck buddy?) My heart raced at the thought. Even though i had just met wick not too long ago, i felt like i've known him for longer. I usually don't get caught on this fast, but something about him is different. 𝐖𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭. Wick can i ask you a question, i said staring into my phone trying not to make eye contact.
"Yeah, what is it?" He said, i could sense him staring at me. What are we..really. I said looking up at him attempting to make eye contact, but after a couple seconds i looked back down due to silence. "Honestly i don't know amor'i, it's whatever you want us to be. I truly do think your a really genuine person and i'd never do anything to ruin what we have going on. I've never felt the way i felt about anyone as i do with you. "Its whatever you w-"
I cut his sentence off grabbing his face and kissing him. "Don't make me have ta knock yo period on forreal this time." He said once the kiss began to escalate. I pulled away catching my breath. It doesn't matter what i want us to be, i just care that we're together and the feeling i get when im around you.
"In that case, will you be my girlfriend?" Wick said pulling out a bouquet of carnations. I don't even know where this nigga got carnations from but i guess he had em on standby.
Of course, i said pulling him in for another kiss. "Get the flowers first they finna fall" He said laughing into the kiss. I grabbed the flowers and put them on the nightstand. "I love you wick." i said smiling. "I love you too mori." He said caressing my face. "aigh you givin' me flashbacks from lah night, cut it aht unless you wan that ta happen again." He said as i mushed his head to the side and began laughing.
____________ 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐏 me and vena were getting ready to go to a party, while slump and wick worked on music. I decided to go outside to this workspot to get some pictures before we actually got ready and left.
