Avni kissed that ring.

They had a small conversation and then she got a call from Anushka.
Avni : excuse me for a minute. (He didn't know why she walk away whenever she get a call).

Avni walked away from him.
Avni : yeah, what happened Anu?
Anushka : where are you?
Avni : uhm... What happened?
Anushka : Chief minister sir is coming to meet you for something, so please come back soon. This is important please don't be late.
Avni : okay. I will be back soon. But, if I get little late welcome them properly.
Anushka : of course, I will manage that but you just come fast.
Avni : okay.
Anushka cuts the call.
Avni came back to Siddharth.
Avni : Baby, I am sorry I have to go now, I will see you tomorrow.
Siddharth : what happened to you, all of sudden? Everything alright?
Avni : Yes. Everything is alright. I have some important work to do.
Siddharth : important?
Avni : yes, it's really urgent else you I know I won't go leaving all this loving conversation.
Siddharth : and what about my today's kiss!?
Avni : you will get two tomorrow baby, it's really urgent.
Siddharth : okay, let me drop you.
Avni : no no no, I will manage.
Siddharth : are you sure?
Avni : yes, I am sure, I will manage.
She collected her stuff and left in hurry.
Siddharth also came out to see her off. But, by mistake Avneet forget her diamond ring on table.
