"بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْم"
"In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful".
IMPORTANT LESSON FROM QURAN:
1.All Praise To Allah Alone
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ"In the Name of Allah-the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful."
__(al-Fātihah, 1 : 1)
Surah Fatiha has a compelling lesson for us. Allah has told in this ayah that He is the only one capable of all praise.
It's human nature that whenever we succeed, we take pride in ourselves. We show the world that look how famous, rich, successful, or beautiful we are.
But Allah has mentioned in this ayah that He is the only one who is to be praised. Whatever we get, it's due to the blessing of Allah Almighty.
So what we learned through this ayah is that whenever we achieve something great in life, we should not become proud of ourselves because it is the favors and blessing of Allah that He has made us capable of achieving great things in life. So we should be thankful to him.
2.Keep Your Blessings Private
He replied, "O my dear son! Do not relate your vision to your brothers, or they will devise a plot against you. Surely Satan is a sworn enemy to humankind."
___(Yusuf 12: 5)
In this age, everything related to us is on social media. Anyone from any corner of the world can see our whole life, including our good grades, promotion, marriage, etc.
Whenever we achieve something good, the first thing that comes to mind is to share this news on social media.
But wait. What does Surah Yusuf teach us? Hazrat Yaqub (AS) refrains Hazrat Yusuf (A.S) from sharing the good dream, in which he saw stars, sun, and moon prostrating to him, with his brothers. He was afraid that they might get jealous and do something to harm Hazrat Yusuf (A.S).
So we learn to keep our achievements and good things in the life private so that our enemies or someone secretly jealous of us don't harm us in any way.
3.Be Thankful To Allah
And ˹remember˺ when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe.'"
__(Surah Ibrahim 14: 7)
This behavior has become common in our society that no matter how much we get, we have a thirst for more.
When we don't own a car, we want one. But what is our response when we get a car? Do we become thankful to Allah or wish we had a better car?
This ayah from Surah Ibrahim teaches us that we should be thankful for everything we own. If we become thankful to Allah, he surely will give us more.
We Can't Know Allah's Plan.
In Surah Kahf, Allah has mentioned the story of Hazrat Mosa (AS) when he accompanied a man on a journey.During the journey, the man built a hole in the boat. Hazrat Mosa (AS) could not bear it with patience and protested.
