It's early dawn, Sun is still yet to rise Taehyung woke up long ago as he not even got to sleep properly for 2 hours right now getting ready to go.

He put his blazer on, rolled a G-shock over his wrist perfectly ready to go out that's when a knock on door he listened.

He went to see.

The door got opened revealing Grandpa, he didn't say anything as Taehyung stepped aside to let him inside who entered with straight head hands folding in back face as usual coldest like ice not letting forget he is former Colonel chief.

It was silent for a while between grandfather and Grandson, both were sitting couch until the elder spoke, his voice was way more calm and deep than usual.

"So you met that bratty boy last night?"

Taehyung couldn't help but chuckled.

"Yahh u young man, don't laugh"

"I didn't laugh tho u just assumed, well we met"

"Then?"

"Then what? Dada you wanna listen our convo that's cringy"

"You just came yesterday already he made you like him such a brat he is, I was right"

Grandpa asked curiously while not showing it on facial behavior, Taehyung leaned back staring at ceiling take little time to reply with small smile.

"I did with the ring you gave to me on our last visit"

"Didn't he ask things? the ring is old with aged design, a modern boy like him mostly provides luxury brands"

Taehyung smiled

"Nope he was just curious, as usual asked me lots of questions"

"This ring's design so endearing and unique that's why I asked you why so cheeky huh?"

"Whoever gave me this to give you, told me not to reveal the person's identity"

"Hmm but that's not fair"

"That's fair! just tell me if you like it or not"

"Like? Yeah I just love it, but can say one thing"

He touched the nice patterns with his fingers tips

"It might be so precious to the person as it was kept lovingly by someone for ages"

"Also it's carrying a untold story unknown by world who knows"

Taehyung hugged him more tightly from behind facing the view of Sea at night, pepper kiss on the younger's cheek.

Taehyung asked out of curiosity as his grandfather didn't tell him briefly about the ring it was, he just gave the ring to him one day and told him 'whenever you would feel that it's the best time that you can take your lover's responsibility fully that day propose him for togetherness'

How ironically he took years to be more responsible for a relationship.
