It's been a couple of months since the incident I've been doing ok. I went out with Zack, Franny, and John. The only thing I found odd is that Jason and Dick are usually asking me questions that make me blush. Sometimes they kiss the top of my head and either of them hug me when I'm talking to another guy or them.

"Thana! Get down here right now!"

I hear my mother yell from down stairs. I roll my eyes and look down. I see my homework on the table in front of me. I finish the problem as I hear high heels clicking on the wooden stairs. I quickly put my headphones on and play whatever is next on my playlist. I hear the clicking high heels stop in front of my room. Then the small creak of my door signalling the door opened.

"Thana."

My mother looked before walking over. She sees I'm doing my work and have my headphones in. She sighs and taps my shoulder. I pause the music and look at her.

"You're sister wants to go out with you and your friends."

My face dropped at her words. Going out with her? It's going to be hell.

"Before you write anything, I'm going out with your father."

She says making my face soften slightly. My parents haven't went out in a while. After fathers hard work and mothers secretary skills they deserve time to themselves.

"Also.. We'll be gone for the week. You're father informed Bruce and he offered to watch over you four."

I know I'm not sure if mother is taking Rose or not since she complains a lot.

I give her a confused look that makes her smile slightly.

"Rose will be visiting her father for the spring break."

I nod while I fiddle with my pencil and algebra homework.

I feel uncomfortable whenever mother talks about Rose's father.

"Alright. Here's 600."

She pulls out the money and hands it to me. I give her another confused look making her smile more.

"One hundred is for Rose to take."

She explains handing me a crisp hundred dollar bill.

"Another hundred is for taking Rose to go hang out with you.

She hands me the second crisp hundred dollar bill.

"While the four hundred is for taking care of your brothers for me and your father.".

She hands me the rest of the crisp hundred dollar bills. I nod and put five hundred dollars into my wallet.
