Ernes looked around the room, meeting the eyes of each of his friends. "I know you all want to find a cure for me," he said, his voice firm. "But I want to come with you to the labs. I can fight, I can use my powers to help us get what we need."
Cass looked skeptical. "Ernes, you are sick. You are in no condition to fight."
Ernes stood up, clenching his fists. "I can't just sit here and do nothing. I need to participate, to fight alongside you. Please let me come with you."
Eliza spoke, her voice soft. "Ernes, we all want to find a cure for you, but we also want you to be safe. We need you to be strong enough to fight, and right now you're not strong."
Ernes nodded, his shoulders slumping. "I know. But I can't just sit here and let you all do this alone."
Lyfa walked up to Ernes and put her hand on his shoulder. "We need you, Ernes. But we also need you to take care of yourself. We can't afford to lose you."
Gabriella intervened. "What if we give you a specific role that doesn't put you in too much danger? We need your abilities, but we also need you to be safe."
Ernes looked at each of them, his thoughts racing. He knew he wanted to be a part of this, but he also knew he couldn't put himself or his friends in danger. "Okay," he finally said. "What should I do?"
Cass looked relieved. "We need you to use your abilities to get us into the laboratory undetected. Can you do it?"
Ernes nodded. "I can try".
Eliza added, "And once we enter, we need you to use your abilities to disable any security systems or guards we come across. But you are not to engage in physical confrontation, understand?"
Ernes nodded again. "Understood".
Lyfa handed Ernes the backpack. "We also need you to be our eyes and ears. Keep an eye out for anything suspicious or dangerous, and let us know if there's anything we need to know about."
Ernes slung his backpack over his shoulder, feeling a surge of energy. "I'm ready," he said. "Let's do that".
Ernes stood with his friends in Navadsaki's laboratory, ready to execute his plan of attack. He took a deep breath and looked at his friends, "I know I offered to help the scientists, but I think that in this situation I can be more useful as a fighter.
Cass nodded in agreement, "We could use any help. We need to get to the serum and destroy it, but we have to be careful."
Elisa added, "We need to avoid security cameras and guards. Any wrong move could blow our cover."
Gabriella added, "And we must act quickly. The longer we stay, the greater the risk of being discovered."
Lyfa handed them the necessary equipment: "Let's focus and stick together. We will succeed."
They made their way through the laboratory, avoiding security cameras and guards, and headed towards the vault. Ernes used his abilities to silently eliminate all the guards he encountered and prevent them from detecting him. When they reached the vault, they found it heavily guarded. Ernes stepped forward: "Let me handle this." He concentrated his energy and created a powerful explosion, destroying the guards and opening the way to the vault.
The group gathered around the table, discussing a plan to attack Navadsaki's laboratories.
"We can't just storm this place," Cass said, "We have to find a way to get in undetected."
"I agree," Lyfa added, "but once we're inside, what should we do?"
"We need to find the serum," Ernes said, "and destroy it."
"What about the treatment?" Gabriella asked, "What if we find a way to save Ernes?"
"We'll worry about that later," Eliza replied, "Right now our main task is to prevent Navadsaki from using the serum for his own purposes."
"I have an idea," said one of the new members of their team, a hacker named Vex, "I can hack their security system and disable it. That will give us time to get in undetected."
"Once we're inside, we can split up," suggested another member, an ex-soldier named Lear, "Some of us can go get the serum while the rest of us divert attention away from them."
"I'll go get the serum," Ernes said, "I know where it is."
The group nodded in agreement and they began discussing their plan in detail, considering all possible scenarios and contingencies.
As for the Navadsaki laboratories themselves, they were heavily fortified and guarded by armed personnel. The building was a towering structure made of concrete and steel with several levels of underground rooms. Inside were numerous laboratories and testing centers, each equipped with the latest technology and equipment.
The serum was kept in a secure vault, protected by a biometric lock that required a specific DNA sequence to open.
As they approached the Navadsaki laboratories, the team felt tension rising. They knew that this would be the most difficult task. They parked their cars a few blocks from the laboratories, wanting to remain unnoticed.
Ernes, Cass, Eliza, Lief, and Gabriella took a moment to review their plan one last time before entering the labs.
"We need to move fast and stick together," Ernes said. "Cas and I will go ahead, and Lyfa will cover us from behind. Elisa and Gabriella will be in charge of finding the samples."
They entered the laboratory through the back door, killing a couple of guards along the way. The sounds of gunfire echoed through the corridors as they made their way to the main laboratory.
Ernes used his powers to levitate the group over obstacles, with Cass and Leafa watching their backs. They managed to take out the guards and scientists who tried to stop them, but not without a few close encounters.
When they entered the main laboratory, they were greeted by a squad of heavily armed guards. Ernes used his powers to create a distraction while Cass and Leafa took out the guards one by one.
The team quickly moved through the laboratory in search of the storage room that contained the samples they needed. They had to use all their skills and ingenuity to navigate through the labyrinths of the laboratory, avoiding traps and destroying guards. Inside they found rows and rows of vials of serum. They quickly gathered as much as they could carry and planted explosives to destroy the rest.
As they were leaving the laboratories, they were noticed by a group of security guards. Ernes stepped forward again, ready to use his power to protect his friends. They made their way to the exit, destroyed the guards and escaped.
Returning to the hotel room, they examined the serum and discussed their next steps. Elisa found research data that could help them find a cure for Ernes. Gabriella contacted her medical friends who promised to help in any way they could.
Ernes looked at his friends, a feeling of gratitude and determination filling him. "We have succeeded. But our fight is far from over. We must find a cure for this serum, and we must expose the Navadsaki Corporation as such."
Finally, they reached the vault. Ernes used his powers to unlock the door and they went inside. Inside they found the specimens they were looking for. But there was one catch. The samples were protected by a complex security system that had to be bypassed. His friends nodded in agreement, ready to continue the fight together. Ernes concentrated, using his abilities to hack into the system and open the vault. The team took samples and returned to the entrance.
As they emerged from the labs, they were met by a group of armed Navadsaki agents. The team knew they couldn't handle so many agents at once, so they had to improvise.
Ernes concentrated his powers, creating a powerful shock wave that knocked the agents to the ground. The team took the opportunity to flee, disappearing into the chaos.
They drove back to the hotel, feeling a mixture of relief and triumph. They succeeded in their mission, but they knew there was still a long way to go.
