This is based off the sun and moon show some, and me just having random ideas. Basically, Sun was programmed with strong parental instincts that lay mostly dormant until they got triggered.
Lunar was annoyed at Jack. It constantly followed him and he didn't get any peace. Jack had messed up the couch because it had a messed up spring. "JACK!!!" Yelled Lunar. "Yes Lunar?" Asked Jack. "Get out." Said Lunar. "My objective is to protect you. I need to stay with you." Said Jack. "No, you're more of a threat to me than anything else. Get out!" Yelled Lunar. He was surprised when Jack scampered off. 'Finally,' thought Lunar. (Lunar has had Jack doing a lot of random and destructive stuff for over a month now)
Sun was sitting in the daycare holding Bloodmoon and Harvest while Cassie and Helpi played. Then Jack barreled in. At first, Sun tensed, but then noticed Jack's behavior. It was confused and scared. He was also covered in several claw marks that appeared to be from himself. Sun set down the twins carefully and walked over to Jack. "Jack, what's wrong?" Asked Sun softly. "Threat, I'm a threat." He mumbled over and over. Sun carefully got behind him and switched him off. "Computer, can you see what happened?" Asked Sun. "It appears Lunar called him a threat and it messed up his programming. His body is badly damaged and he appears to have gained basic sentience, but has the mentality of a child." Said the Computer. "Oh, is there anything we can do?" Asked Sun. "With my recent upgrades I can make a small body for him to be transferred to." Said the Computer. "Alright. Um, I can get a basic design, I guess." Said Sun.
Sun had been programmed to have excellent art skill and had drawn blueprints for Fazbear and Moon before. He drew a cuter smaller version of Jack. "Will this work?" Asked Sun. "Yes." Said the Computer. Jack was transferred over to the new body while Sun took his kids to his room.
Jack blinked open his eyes. "Where am I?" Mumbled Jack. He felt different and was so much smaller. He also sounded different. "Hey Jack." Said Sun. "What happened? I'm-I'm a threat." He said. "No Jack, you aren't. Lunar just got annoyed." Said Sun. "I should protect Lunar! ...but I don't want to..." Jack mumbled the last part. "You don't have to Jack. You are able to make your own choices. You could stay with me." Said Sun. "Stay with you? I-yes stay with nice Sun." Said Jack. Sun showed Jack his new look and explained some.

Sun introduced Jack to Bloodmoon, Harvest, Cassidy, and Helpi. Jack was kept a secret as Sun didn't want him to have to do that again. Jack still seemed to have a fear of upsetting people, failing, and yelling. He got along with his new siblings though. He loved spending time with the trio. Cassie and Helpi nicknamed them the Halloween Trio, since Bloodmoon, Harvest Moon, and Jack O' Moon were kind of Halloween. Bloodmoon and Harvest had begun babbling and crawling.
At one point, the Creator had randomly dropped a cure for Ruin. They hadn't used it yet because he hadn't shown up and they were focusing on Eclipse. Ruin appeared in the daycare. He was chasing Helpi. "Dad!!!" Yelled Helpi. Sun grabbed the modified barrel and shot the cure at Ruin. Helpi ran to him and he scooped him up. He looked at were Ruin had been. Now there was a small fixed animatronic that resembled a child. "Ruin?" Asked Sun. "Who are you? Where am I?" They snapped. Sun managed to calm Ruin and took him in as well.
He was quieter and calmer, but would often get confused by things. His memories were all corrupted and scrambled, so he didn't know a whole lot. He wasn't that trusting, but he warmed up.
Moon was annoyed and frustrated with the whole Eclipse situation. Eclipse had left Lunar traumatized and messed with them all. He noticed Sun acting strange, but shook it off as stress.
Eclipse came in and found a child. Then, Moon, Solar, Earth, and Lunar walked in. "Eclipse, what are you doing here?" Asked Moon. "Nothing much, just taking a hostage I'll kill if you don't give me the star." Said Eclipse. "I'm not giving you the star." Said Moon. During the two talking and Cassie yelling, Sun had come out, his other five children behind him. He saw as Eclipse's claws dug I into Cassie's arm, making it bleed. He saw red. "Well then-!" Eclipse was cut off by Sun moving faster than anyone had seen and his claws slashing into his face. Sun had gone full on fighting mode. His blunt human teeth were replaced by sharp ones and his hands were now sharp claws. Eclipse screamed in surprise and pain as Sun's claws tore into him. To his shock, he saw Sun had sharper, stronger, and longer claws than any of the others. Sun's claws sliced through his case with ease. Sun only stopped when Cassie yelped in pain. In an instant he was off Eclipse and gently scooping up Cassie like he hadn't been tearing Eclipse apart only seconds before.
The other kids ran over and Sun took them back up to his room. After they left, Monty came in. "What happened and why is Eclipse on the ground looking like he got mauled by an rabid animal?" Asked Monty. "There was a kid that Eclipse took hostage and Sun attacked him." Said Solar. "Sun. We are talking about Moon's brother, right? He did that?" Questioned Monty. "I-I, yeah, he did." Said Moon. "I never took him as the type. Honestly, it's kind of impressive." Said Monty.
"Oh, uh, Computer, what happened with Sun there?" Asked Moon as they secured Eclipse. "From what I understand, Sun saw Eclipse hurting one of his children and attacked." Said the Computer. "Wait, what do you mean, one of his kids?" Asked Lunar. "Sun adopted Cassie, the girl you saw, Helpi, Jack, the Bloodmoon twins, and Ruin, all of who are children." Said the Computer. "What?!" They all said. The computer began to explain. Unknown to them, Sun had his instincts/code screaming that this place was no longer safe for his kids and was packing his bags.
