for prior context, Patch is a character intended for a BFDI au(?) created by PoipoleADM and Ronan, called Fire's Universe. basically, some fake BFDI channel takes all the spotlight from the actual Jacknjellify, and despite attempts at winning the audience over, Cary and Michael give up and delete all their BFDI assets. Just kidding, Firey is sentient for some reason and recovers everything by sheer willpower. idk either lol

Patch is the result of Fire and Leaf attempting to restore Pencil and Match, however each of the duo's code only had half of it usable. Fire and Leaf decided to do the next best thing and combine the halves into one being, creating what the residents of Fire's Universe would call Patch.
Despite pretty much being like a Frankenstein's monster of two different people, her mental state is actually relatively healthy, likely because Pencil and Match were already close friends. Unlike Blessed, who can switch between their two halves (albeit they do it occasionally), Patch is essentially a completely separate being from Pencil and Match, with their respective memories.
idk her abilities yet, her weakness is being lit on fire. (Idk if recovery centers are a thing in Fire's universe, are they a thing?)
Her name can also have a double meaning, with it not just being a portmanteau of Pencil and Match, but it also works as a pun; she could be described as two halves of two different people "sewn" together like patchwork.

i actually made her back in January but she doesn't have a proper page on the FLAcyclopedia yet because i'm unsure about Ronan. but people seem to like her so whatevs, she's on this art book now lol
