From then on, problems seemed to find Adam where ever he went, things weren't the same without his lady by his side. The disease had been taken care of the second y/n had passed away, but that left Adam.

To sit there and ponder under the Weeping willow tree, sucker for its name. Adam cried full heartedly by the passing of his lovely lover, her beauty never seemed to fade as she turned to dust from the elder Angels powers, crumbling under Adam's form and leaving him to greave with no body of the one he loved.

Adam and y/n never aged a day when together, staying the looks of a 21 year old couple while being over 39 years old. Adam didn't age a day after his first wife's passing, but this didn't sit right with him, not knowing if the lover he once shared a life with would ever be given the chance to come back to him again.

Tears didn't seem to stop falling for years, in a constant state of mourning of his loss, the elder Angels took it upon themselves to fix Adam. Because man was never meant to be alone, they can never cope, so that's when Lilith was created from the dust of the earth.

They were equals, the same way as Adam and y/n, but it seemed that Lilith couldn't handle Adam's strong nature and want of control, she refused, fleeing from the garden of Eden, leaving Adam alone there again.

Lilith fell for Lucifer charm and deception, having Adam's second wife disappear from his sight, but still Adam silently mourned the death of his first wife, but stayed waiting patiently for Lilith to see he was better and come back.

She never did.

Once again, the Angels of heaven came down and granted Adam another wife, Eve. She was gorgeous but nothing like his first, but still, she only just kept up with his strong nature and she bore the many children, who would soon become the future of mankind.

But lucifer and Lilith had other plans, plans they didn't think through. Together they wished to share the magic of free will with humanity, offering the fruit of knowledge to Adam's wife, Eve, who gladly accepted.

But this gift came with a curse, for this single act of disobedience, death and evil once again made its way into Earth, but this time it was for good.

It wasn't like the other time, where elder Angels could just make the tragic evil and death disappear, no it was forever sinked into the soil of the Earth.

With this evil came a new realm of darkness and sin, and the order Heaven once worked to maintain shattered. As punishment of Lucifer and Lilith's reckless act, Heaven casted them both into the dark pit they had created. Never allowing them to see the good that came from mankind, only the cruel and the wicked.

Ashamed, lucifer lost his will to dream, but Lilith thrived, empowering demon kind with her voice and her songs, and as the numbers of Hell grew so did its power.

Meanwhile still on Earth, Adam had passed when the death caught up to him and his third wife. He left her behind at the golden gates of Heaven, refusing to spare a glance at the lady who was tempted by Lucifer. Being the first into Heaven, Adam took his opportunity to look for his first love in the city of Heaven.

But it was futile, as he never seemed to find the lady with the same eyes as he did, the one that he lost a rib for, to create a perfect match for him. Sera, a responsible Seraphim princess belonging to the Seraphim family, the eldest daughter of Seraphiel, the eldest of the Seraphim sisters, and the most gifted singer in Heaven, took Adam under her wing and guided him to have jobs and become productive in Heaven.

Adam looked at her as though she was his manager, and day by day, while he did the jobs and duties in Heaven, he never stopped looking for his wife.

But when Hell grew, so did Heaven's concern. They were threatened by this, so they made a truly heartless decision, that every year they would send down an army, an extermination, to ensure Hell, and its sinner could never rise against them.

This extermination army was lead by Adam, and Sera grew cautious of the idea, but kept it to ensure that Heaven will not have evil knocking on its gates again. No disease and no evil of Hell could get through the cracks and into the lives of the Winners, or angels.

So where did y/n go? Well as she got into Heaven after watching in a spiritual form to look over Adam, she followed him to the gates, entering right after him.

Having her name written right after him, forever engraved that she was beside him all that time. Her spiritual form turned to an angel, and her golden shimmering wings glistened in the light of Heaven.

She watched as Adam looked for her, but she had a feeling to wait, to wait before encountering her husband and wait till the faithful day they meet in a meadow and under a weeping willow trees again.

Adam was off work, 6 days after another extermination, he was off looking once again for his wife. He knew she was here, she was the only person he believed worthy of living a life in Heaven.

But he put aside his pride every Friday, and went to look for his wife, his first, everything. He had slept with many women while in Heaven, but never seen them as anything more than a one night stand, not chancing that if he ever did find his lovely lady again, that he would have to juggle two at once.

As he reached a meadow on the outskirts of Heaven, he noticed in the distance a very familiar looking tree, a weeping willow tree. The curiosity from his first year on Earth scratched at him again. The familiar feeling crawling up his back.

Practically dashing towards the tree, that hid what was inside by its leaves and vines, he ran across the flowers and soft grass, dashing up the slightly slanted hill as quickly as he could, his robe didn't slow him down and neither did his mask that he wore almost everywhere, hiding his face from everyone and everything.

He gave himself a push from his wings ad he got closer, a tugging feeling at the bottom of his heart as he reached the tree. Pushing aside the vines, he looked around the middle of the under covered tree.

And there she sat, weaving another flower crown, as déjà vu swallowed him howl. He bristled into the empty area under the wall covered tree. Causing the sound to stand out from the breeze of the vine and leaves from outside.

She stopped and looked over her shoulder, the same soft skin and golden eyes look at him. A tiny smile tinted its way onto her gorgeous face, her teeth showing as she patted the spot in front of her. Watching as he practically ran towards her, collapsing into his knees and wrapping his arms wound her shoulders and waist.

She sat crosslegged while her wings rested on the ground, her halo sat above her head as she rested her arms around him. Sitting like this as he didn't move a muscle while laying in her chest. The sun went down and came back up, holding past the sky as they stayed together for hours on end. Not muttering a word.

Adam rested in the arms of the woman he lost a rib for, the woman first made for him, to be so compatible that they couldn't stay together in a mortal life.

The sun was going down on the 7th day of rest, the day where he wasn't bothered so he was staying in her embrace for as long as he wanted. The undercovered tree was tinted orange from the sun setting sky in Heaven, the smell of flowers and soft breeze filled their noses as they two rested together, trying g to make up the time that they didn't have together, the time they missed out.

Slowly untangling one another, y/n looked at him, not saying a word, she pulled off his mask to reveal the same man she fell in love with all those years ago in the Garden of Eden. Putting it aside, she rested her hand on his cheek while placing the tuffy flower crown onto his head, under his halo, letting a few white and soft yellow petals fall off his face and onto his shoulders.

"y/n.."
"Adam.."
