The attack on the Vought Tower and against Homelander has left a lot of stuff for the news to report on. It gave people fear to see their big shot hero fail to win. Of course, the newcomer their reporting on came out the blue. To them at least. But you got this world all figured out.

Vought News Network or the VNN for short, had tons to say. Especially once they got information from the heroes and witnesses themselves. The headline behind the reporter was bold and big. The situation faced that day, massive.

SUPERVILLAIN BLACKLIGHT ATTACKS VOUGHT TOWER AND LEAVES HOMELANDER IN CRITICAL CONDITION

Reporter: Last night was eventful for the Seven. Not only did they get their newest member, Starlight but also were attacked by the first supervillain we've seen. Blacklight. We now pass on to Reporter Josh Sadler whose at the scene right now.

The view changes to the destroyed Vought Tower. A massive hole was in the side of the tower. Debris littered the surrounding area. Outside was a fairly well dress man with small pair of glasses in a coat.

Josh: Thanks Simon, now as you can see the damage done is astonishing. Nothing like this has been see before, maybe in wars but nothing like this. Choppers and workers are around trying to sort out the damage and get repairs done. The sight is crazy in person, here we have eye witnesses to share their stories about the event.

A group of civilians were brought forward. They had scrapes and cuts, probaly from the panic of the crowds and the pushing that the people did. Many were injured from just that alone as others trampled on them.

Civilian 1: it was scary to say the least, I saw the guy run up the tower and start beating Homelander's (beep). Honestly expected Homelander to put up more of a fight.

Civilian 2: I really hope they find this guy, there's no telling what he could do to us if he hurt our hero so badly.

Now a gang of bikers were then talked to for their knowledge.

Biker 1: man this (beep) (beep). The stuff I'd do when I get my hands on him.

Biker 2: he ain't gonna get away with this

Biker 3: if he touches another one of the Seven, ill (beep) (beep) (beep) (beep) and shoot his (beep) with my shotgun.

Josh: now we go on to the Seven themselves which we actually managed to get time to speak with them after the horrific experience.

Josh then goes to A-train and holds mic to him. A-train speaks loudly.

A-train: i heard what was happening here and I just rushed over. I saw the chopper come down. My thoughts and prayers goes to the families of those brave men.

Next Josh goes to Translucent

Translucent: were currently struggling with gathering information on the mysterious Blacklight but were getting closer each hour. But if you have any information on him then your help would be great appreciated.

Then Josh moved over to Queen Maeve as she had words to say to.

Queen Maeve: This attack cost the lives of two of our best pilots, 52 year old, Ben Jackson and 28 year old, Mitch Daniels. Both married with children that will never see their fathers again. This is unforgivable and a key reason as to why we should be allowed access into the military. To stop threatens like this from happening again. Now a moment of silence for our fallen heroes.

Then Josh managed to move to the newest member, Starlight.

Starlight: I was not expecting this at all. My first day ends up with me fighting the worlds first supervillain. He turned his hands into hammers but I held my own. I'll admit I was scared, any sane person would be but I was not gonna back down.
