Semblance: KABOOM!
When Harley Quinn uses her Semblance she magically equips an hefty amount of explosive. Her Semblance will stop once the fight is over, when she can't use any more explosive or when Harley is too tired. i.e dynamite, rockets, bombs, C4, pipebombs and what other explosive there is.
