Twilight had just got home from being at the store all day and started to prepare dinner, she finally decided to take a break and plopped down on the couch.
I don't feel well... Twilight said. Flash looked at her concerned, maybe we should head to the hospital to see what's wrong.
Twilight agreed and got her coat and walked out with Flash. As they got to the hospital, it was packed with no seats to sit.
Oh wow, everypony must not be feeling well, maybe it's this weather that's making everypony sick!
Hi nurse Redheart! We need to get checked in. I'm very sick and I don't know why I'm feeling this way!
Alright miss Twilight it's pretty packed so we will get you into a room as soon as we can, nurse Redheart said sweetly.
2 hours or so went by and Twilight and Flash was finally able to get a room. I'm sorry Twilight. It's been so busy today! We tried our best to get you in here as quickly as we could.
That's alright nurse! I just need to figure out what's wrong! I've been feeling awful, I'm nauseated and everything! Twilight said.
Nurse Redheart looked at Twilight with excitement. You might be expecting a foal! We can have a blood test done just to be sure if you wanna check.
Ummm yes that's fine nurse... Twilight said scared. About 30 minutes later, nurse Redheart walked back in the room with a excited look on her face.
Well miss Twilight. I guess I was right! You are expecting a foal! Congratulations!
Twilight and flashed looked at each other and smiled. Now we know why you were so sick Twilight! Flash said laughing.
They then thanked the nurse and went home. Twilight was so excited to tell her friends the big news.
