Shichi and Vial are both in a train, moving fast towards the pending Quest location, the hot air hitting both of them straight as they sit down, hoping they’ll arrive at the quest in time.

“Hey, Shi?”

“Yeah?”

“Does being an unregistered Fighter… pressure you? I mean, aren’t you scared that you might die out of nowhere?” Vial asked, while she was petting Sim, a very kind badger.

“To be honest, no. If it brings me closer to my mother and father, then I’ll make sure that I’ll give it my all to find my mother and father.”

“But, are you sure you’re willing to take those types of risks?”

“I’m already in it as it is. There’s no going back, right? Besides, while I’m doing that, I get a lot of money…”

Vial wasn't listening anymore, and instead looked at a hooded man who hopped onto the train. As the man hopped on, he had a dark aura, almost a stench of a dead person. Or worse, the smell of a person who brings death-

Vial looked away quickly as she grabbed Shichi’s arm and started to stand up

“Vial? What’s going on?”

“We have to move, Shichi-”

Sim looked at the man in hostility, as the man was staring at them with an intent to capture them both. The badger went behind Vial, its survival instincts frantic.

“Shichi, now!” Vial was in a state of panic.

But it was too late, in darkness, they were in a train cabin where dark tendrils crept through the doors, as the people disappeared. The lights were flickering, a death-filled aura seeping into the cracks of the train, emitting a fear in both Shichi and Vial’s eyes.

But Shichi was a brave one. Shichi knew that he had to protect Vial, no matter the cause. Within the rising evil, there was always the good, ready to save. That even though he’s always being chased by darkness, he’s willing to be the light to his own path.

When the man with dark intentions walked towards them, Shichi made a sword appear out of thin air, before slashing upward, sending a crescent moon shaped slash with the heat of a star, as the slash traveled towards the man, the slash obliterating everything in its path, making a hole on the side of the cabin in front of them.

“You’re still as strong as ever, Shichi. Your mother really nurtured your growth. A shame you never followed your canon. Something I shall eradicate, along with your world.” The dark man started to make an orb of dark energy appear, pointing it at Shichi, but Shichi easily appeared behind the man, and drop kicked him, sending the man forward rolling, deactivating the dark spell.

“I had a great teacher, Haru. Besides…”

Shichi’s aura started to spill out more and more, the sword disappearing as his body started forming armor, stacking on his body. Feeling a heavy weight

“You’re not the one who chooses the fate of others!”

Shichi’s aura glowed a mix of red and white, flowing out of his body as smoke, while red sparks appeared, his hands full of lightning sparks, connecting with the train, the roar Shichi had exhaled from his soul to his vocal chords made both Vial and Sim back off, the train cabin now in a clash against Shichi’s undying will to kill Haru, and Haru’s spirit to catch both of them.

Haru started to summon a sword with a chain on the bottom, swinging it around, his eyes focused on Shichi. A battle he would deem easy, since Shichi was just a kid in his eyes. His intent crept in on his weapon, the purple glow circling around his body, his blue hair and blue eyes now a dark purple, his hat reduced to dust, as his sword kept scraping and sending sparks all around the cabin.

“Really? But in this situation, your fate is to die by my hands!” Haru said, charging at Shichi, his energy output increasing by the minute.
