Naomi pov

We ducked into the ladys yard and sat behind the white picket fence trying to catch our beath

We had been runnin for an hour nun stop and jacob began to wheeze as he breath in air

Im glad me and brea ranned track during middle and high school

Soon gun shots were sounded and wholes began to appear in the fence and it dint help that one was made right in between me and jacobs head

"Move"jacob yelled and we got up and ranned to the lady back yard

"Jacob bring yo ass"brea yelled behind me

I turned around to see Jacob jogging with his legs closed together

"Im trying woman ,my nutz hurt"he whinned

I grabbed his other arm as we practically ran through the brown fence and fell

"Get they ass"some one yelled and his voice mad shivers run down my bac and im aint talking about the good kind

We continued to run but faster through people yards

We came out of the gate of some mans house in his front yard and he started yelling out one of the front Windows.... i noticed it was my nabor hood

"Im calling the cops on yall bad ass kids running all through my yard and shit ...and you stepped in my garden "he yelled

"Come on theres my house"i said ignoring the man yelling out the window and began running across the street to my mansion

We been running for half an hour and its funny how we ended up in the rich part of town

Brea gave the old man the.middle finger and that seemed to piss him off cause he shot one back and yelled 'bitch'

I busted into my front door and quickly shut it and locked it behind me and cut the living room light off while brea turned off the kitchen light

I peeked out the window but quickly moved out the way

The men who were chaseing us came from out of the yard across the street and looked around

"Damn"the older dude yelled and a truck pulled up ,they hopped in and sped down the road

"Why would u go against yo People's for us"i asked as brea and i sat on the couch

Tears ranned down my cheeks and i sniffled and managed to wipe them away

" I told u i aint apart of my fathers gang,he dont even care for me he only care about getting back at donte and smoke thats it ,i only agreed to watch yall to try to get his attention but i changed my mind on the way to the hotel ,i.over heard them talking about killing yall and my heart and that cold...my moms raised.me.better than that"

I nodded

"Well where yo mama at now"brea asked handing me a tissue

"She left my pops for cheating on her ,she wanted to take me she told me her self but my dad wouldn't let her and i hate him for it"he said a tear slid down his face but he wiped
"Whats her name"i asked

"Aaliyah stevens "i.froze,brea froze and jacob just sat there

"What !!"we yelled standing up and by we i mean me and brea

"What"he asked

"That's my mams name,how....if she yo mama then that means she cheated on my M_my daddy"i said tears pulling to my eyes .I.wasn't against Jacob but my daddy didn't deserve that even if he did leave my mama which i never knew why but he still sent me money and he visited cause he didntive in cali no more

"Maybe you should call her just to see if this is true if not ,then i.dont know"jacob said

"Ok"i said and grabbed my phone out my bra and dialed my Mama's number

"Hello"she said ,i looked at brea and she urged me to continue

"Ma do u have another kid f-from some body else ,and dont lie Ma"i said tears slipping out of my eyes
