Rooftop, Kings Dominion, 11pm

Scarlett sat beside Marcus and Willie in the circle, watching the board closely. Maria sat on the other side of Marcus, holding her property cards in one hand, using her other to lean closer to Marcus. Scarlett tried not to let it get to her, but it did. She just decided not to let it show. Especially because the group was having fun playing Monopoly on the rooftop, the city lights illuminating their late-night board game.

Marcus goes on another poetic rant as he organizes his property cards. Scarlett laid her lineup of property on the floor in front of her, instead counting up her money, the lollipop stick in her mouth moving as she gently counted to herself.

"So it makes sense that every post-apocalyptic future movie is full of punk rockers. They're the ones that survive because they've been anticipating it the whole time." He looks over at Scarlett, watching the lollipop stick move in between her pink lips.

After their manhunt of the day, they thought it was best to spend the rest of their evening with the group, trying to relax a little. They all had showered and changed into some more comfy clothes when they got back, trying to rid themselves of all of the evidence of what they did today. Scarlett now in a baggy pair of black track pants, to white strips going down each pant leg, her black Adidas almost completely covered by the fabric. She also adorned a black knitted sweater which fell off of one shoulder, and her soaked the fabric of her sweater, her curls still drying from her shower.

Marcus grabs the dice from the center of the board and Billy kneels down so he is in between Petra and Willie. He laughs out "It's kind of ironic. The only ones who saw how shitty the world was are the ones stuck living in it."

Scarlett finishes counting her money and places it on the floor beside her pulling the red lollipop out of her mouth. She points over to Billy with it. "Is that where you see yourself in the future?"

"Yes." Billy nods.

"Sounds sad." She places the lollipop back in her mouth right as Marcus throws the dice on the board.

The group counts the numbers on the dice and finds out where he lands, causing Willie to cheer out, laughing. "Boardwalk with a hotel. Pay me two grand, busta." He uses his hands to usher the money towards himself. Marcus grabs his remaining stack of cash and passes it over to Willie.

"Fuckin' Monopoly. This is proof that capitalism doesn't work, okay? Because whoever else gets property first, they get to screw with everyone else in the game." Lex skates around the rooftop with Billy, and as he performs a bomb drop, he agrees with Marcus.

Willie holds onto this, and in a tacky english accent, he jokes. "Whereas I'm chuffed. An absolute fan of the status quo, because it sure is smashing for the chaps up top."

Billy lands a trick on one of the makeshift ramps they brought up here, and he skates towards Petra. "Did you see that, Petra? I landed it."

Petra responds, it is now her turn to roll the dice. "Better than Lex's sketchy bomb drop." She rolls and the game continues as she passes the dice over to Willie.

Lex looks over at Petra. "My bomb drop's more impressive than your imminent middle-age boob drop. I mean, they're fine now, but look at those pointy little puffers. No elasticity. Gravity's your enemy, my melancholy mime."

He then walks and leans down to be beside Willie. Willie stops him before a word even escapes his mouth. "Don't start on me, Buttermilk."

Lex defends himself. "We're on the same side. Rap, Punk. Poor kids making music about their circumstances."

"So you think it's about rich and poor? " Willie questions.

"You haven't been in America long enough." Scarlett responds, and Lex turns to face her.
