Sera and Emily come down

Alastor and Emily walk together

The meeting
"Hello once again Lucifer, this trial is about the death of Adam"
Sera says
"Any questions before we start?"
"Yeah where's my ex wife? She said she was gonna be here." Lucifer rolls his eyes

"thank you for answering." Lucifer smiles and whispers to alastor "you wanna take the floor Bambi?"
Alastor looks over at him "are you serious? yes darling" he whispers looking excited
"Well I will be speaking as since I witnessed it and I'm better at speaking than Lucifer"

"Okay, Lute explained what happened."
"I- uh- vaggie cut my arm off and Lucifer killed him infront of me and they attacked us for doing our job!"
"Okay. Alastor what happened?"
"Lutes arm was crushed by a rock after vaggie spared her,He killed a dear friend. Nifty killed Adam, stabbed him infact, Lucifer only hurt him because he hurt his daughter. but gave him mercy.
"A angel can actually tell u this."
Sir pentious appears "where am I!?"
"Oh hello!!"
"Hello sir pentious!!!" Emily says
"Sir pentious may you tell them what happened on ur death."
"Yes!"
He tells them everything
"if I'm correct can I call a another witness for my next claim?"
"yes. Call who u want up" sera says
"Emily, did Adam and Lute threaten Charlie's hotel or not." Sera asks

They look at her arm

Lute sobs and Emily flys towards her and hugs her and lute cry's into her
"Sera may I go to my room with her and comfort her?"

They leave
"well it seems Lucifer is innocent."
Lilith comes in
"yes now let's do the last thing we need to finish. A divorce." she says
"Awh fuck" Lucifer says
"I think we shouldn't divorce." Lilith says
"I think we SHOULD divorce" Lucifer says with his arms crossed
"she left me and my daughter for 7 years."
Lucifer says
"That's not a great reason to divorce Lucifer."
Lilith says lies about how great there relationship was
"You're staying married. Final"
"But-" "no buts Lucifer."
Lucifer gets a flash back and starts shaking and alastor hugs him and calms him down
Lilith comes over and slaps him
"Pathetic, see u in hell husband." She smirks
"LILITH." Sera tells her
Lilith turns to sera in horror
"You're divorced NOW." Sera screams at her
"But I-" Lilith says
"U JUST SLAPPED LU AND U THINK U CAN GET AWAY WITH IT? OUT." sera yells
Alastor picks up Lucifer who fell asleep in his arms
"May we go home?"
"yes" "take good care of him will you." Sera says
"Of course" Alastor says and leaves through the portal
