CHLOE'S P.O.V
Me and Paige pack our dance bags and hop into my moms car. I have to sit in the front seat because Clara isn't big enough to.
Me and Paige are super close. Closer than me and Maddie. I love Maddie, but sometimes she's bossy and leaves out Paige. I don't know why. Paige is the best.
The only thing I haven't told Paige or Maddie is that I kind of have a crush on Paige's brother, Josh.
He's a year older than me and has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He's 5'3 and I'm 5'0.
When we were really little like 3 and 4 we "dated" apparently.
We arrive at my house and run inside because it's raining outside. We stomp our wet feet and take off our shoes. We walk up the steps into my room and shut the door. I grab a bag and pack pajamas, a cropped top and jean shorts, a pair of vans with no-show socks, makeup, toothbrush and hairbrush and my phone charger.
I take my bag in one hand and my phone in the other. Paige and I run out the door and run next door to her house as it was still raining.
We open the door and stomp our feet and take our shoes off again.
We walk in and I see josh shirtless on the couch in the living room playing video games.
"Hey Chlo," josh says to me. I get butterflies in my stomach whenever josh says 'Chlo' I don't know why but it's so cute.
I forgot to talk there for a second,"Oh hey Josh I say staring at his shirtless chest.
Paige literally has to pull me up the stares. We get to her room and she shuts the door.
"What the hell was that about?" She asked me.
"What?" I ask back.
"You and Josh." she says.
"What about me and Josh?" I ask her
"You were totally staring at his chest and he was giving you his little flirty eyes," she says. She's on to us.
I have been texting Josh for a while and he told me he liked me and I told him I liked him to, but we both agreed not to date for Paige's sake. We didn't know if she would like it or not.
"Whatever Chlo we can talk about it at Madds." She says. No! I love Maddie but I can't tell her. Not yet.
"No let's not. Let's have a sleepover here this Friday. Them we can talk about it. Okay?" I demand.
"Okay. Attitude." She says.
I'm not mad I'm just not ready.
She packs her bag then Melissa pulls into Paige's driveway to pick us up.
I secretly text Josh.

Me: Heyy😃
Josh💕: Hey I saw u staring at me😂
Me: Idk what ur talking bout...
Josh💕: Whatever u say. Have fun at Madds
Me: I will txt me l8tr
Josh💕: K love u
Me: Love u too💖
[CONVO ENDS]
Me and Paige hop in the back off the car with Mackenzie and Maddie in the front. We drive away to Maddie's house.
