The day began with the news that the Crown Princess had gone into labor.

“Keep breathing,” the woman said.

The princess's grunts and heavy breathing could be heard throughout the room.

— Breathe and push... that again.

— I can't

The princess was reaching the limit of her strength.

“The head,” said the other woman.

— Go ahead princess, you're doing it

But grunts were heard from the princess.

— A boy, princess.

— Praise be to the mother!

The sound of the baby's crying was present together with the princess's sighs.

—Healthy?

— As strong as a bull, princess.

The princess held her new child in her arms with a huge smile, until the door opened, it was Laenor.

— A boy, I just heard

— Yes...

— Good job...

The grunts are back

— The placenta - One of the servants said

—Was it terribly painful?

— Oh Gods

— I once took an arrow in the shoulder

— My condolences - replied the princess.

— I'm glad I'm not a woman.

Princess Rhaenyra and the Queen had a slight disagreement because the conversations that Alicent had with the king reached the princess's ears.  They had a date and it wasn't so pleasant.

The door opens

— Princess... the Queen requested that the child be brought to her... immediately.

— Why?... I'll take him myself.

— You must remain in bed, princess.

— Yes, I should, but I won't. Help me get dressed.

— I'm going with you - Laenor replied, confused, this attitude had never happened before.

— Hmm...-Mumbled the princess as she was helped to dress

— Let me take you.

— No, she won't get such satisfaction from me - She said sighing — Just take my arm, at least.

With the princess and Ser Laenor leaving the room, they caught the attention of the nobles who were along the way.

— Princess, Ser Laenor, it is a privilege to be among the first to congratulate you.

— Thank you, Lord Caswell.

— If I can be of assistance...

—The day may yet come, my lord.  -said the princess, trying to stay strong as she climbed the stairs.

— She can come to us, okay?

— No. Not unless you want to carry me up those damn stairs.

Meanwhile, the Velaryon children were returning to the fortress after having chosen the egg for the baby's cradle.  Visenya was the first to return, she really wanted to choose an egg, but she feels she is so unlucky that she would leave her youngest sister without a dragon.
