Crouching down at the (finally..) last camera, Mephone began tapping away, getting it ready to record for the new episode.
The new episode. He got one and two out, this was three.
It took.. a bit of work, considering he worked.. alone.
On everything.
But, he wasn't like a human. He was still a robot. That gave him an advantage- he could work way faster and more efficiently.
And, he only needed five hours of 'sleep.' If you could call it that, anyway. It was actually called 'Sleep mode', or, 'rest mode'- but same thing..

He grumbled in frustration, as the camera wouldn't stay properly in place. Mephone took it, and attempted to shove it down into the earth, hoping it'd stay in place.

As he struggled, he swore he could sense a presence behind him.

OJ strolled around the island. Today was challenge day. Recording day. But,.. they weren't actually told when the cameras would start recording- so it was kind of just.. whenever Mephone called them all to one spot, or whatever.
He slid his hands into his pockets, admiring the islands tropical scenery. You never know, it could be his last time. He might end up elimated. Which.. would not be very preferred. Or, maybe it would...

He was stuck between two different things. Take care of the Hotel, or take care of Mephone. It wasn't exactly like he had the choice to make, though. He couldn't just choose to be eliminated..
Well.. he could make himself extremely annoying, and irritating. So that he'd end up getting voted out, but.. he didn't want to risk that.
And Mephone. He couldn't leave Mephone by himself- God only knows what the guy'll do.

He took slow steps, across the large grass plain. It was soothing.
But then in the distance, he noticed Mephone. He was struggling with a camera..
Most likely attempting to get it to record. Much to his.. failure.

OJ made his way over, making sure to whistle-, making his presence somewhat known as to not frighten him.
The last time that happened, Mephone got very scared. He didn't want a repeat of that.

But, even before the whistling could get within earshot of Mephone, he turned around, still bent over at the camera. He was in his 'Totally professional host attire', as he said it was.

Even though it was just some shorts.
And OJ's shirt.

Mephone furrowed his brows upon noticing him, and OJ gave a friendly wave, with a forced, weak smile.
He didn't know how Mephone felt about him as of now. He chose to follow Lifering's advice. Give time, then talk to him.
He gave him pretty much the entire weeks break, only praying he didn't overwork,- or even.. potentially hurt himself.
During that time, he made pretty good friends with Lifering. He was a good guy- chill. Fun to hangout and talk with.
There was .. Floory, too. Despite OJ's attempts, he could never actually figure out why he never got off the floor. Was that not uncomfortable?
Then Candle. He'd spoken to her a bit, but she was.. strange. He didn't mind, though.
Balloon spoke to him more, too. With Nickel and Tea Kettle. Tea Kettle's also kind. A lovely woman, in his opinion.

He could see Mephone visibly scoff, and he seemed to roll his eyes.
OJ frowned. Was he really still.. that mad..?
It didn't matter. OJ had to try.

He walked up closer, and soon stood right beside him.
He heard a beep noise from the camera, and that suggested it was turned on.
Mephone definitely wouldn't air whatever conversation they were about to have, so OJ wasn't very worried.

Mephone slowly stood upright, and upon seeing OJ, scowled, placing a hand on his hip.
"What're you doing here right now? Shouldn't you be with everyone else? I gave the announcement, did I not?"
