I woke up thinking that last night was a dream. And realize its not. I look at my clock it was 7:00 and I didn't have practice till 9:00
So I got ready and put on my leotard and tights with sweats and a tee over them with a beany and grab my dance bag.
I walk down the stairs to the cafeteria and surprisingly almost everyone was down there.
When I started to walk down the stairs everyone went silent
Great where was Luke when I needed him.
I grabbed my food and say at a table
By now everyone was chatting again
The randy comes over
"Hey so now it's official huh?" She said taking one of my grapes
"Sure why. Where is that boy anyway?"
"Oh he said he was going to be back in like 10 minutes" she answered with a cheeky grin
"We'll how long ago did he leave?" I ask taking my dishes to the dirty dishes
"10 minutes ago" she answered
She points up as if I'm missing something
The I look up and see a huge banner that says
' Tess wood will you be my girlfriend?'
I see Luke above it with a toothy grin a nod and start to tear up
Luke slides down the railing on the stairs and gives me a bear hug
Then we walk over to dance together hand in hand

"Alright practice is over for everyone" mr. Young said
Everyone cheered
I saw randy walk over to her bag and take her phone out
She dropped it and ran out of the room
I ran outside after her
Luke must have saw me because he was right behind me
I saw her crying under the old oak tree I went and sat next to her
Luke got the memo and went back to grab all three of ours bags
"What's wrong?" I ask
"It's Henry." She replied in between sobs
"What is he hurt or something?"
"No he broke up with me through a text" she said trying not to cry harder
"What?! He wouldn't"
"We'll he did" she said
I say there rubbing her back when Luke comes back with our bags and sees what happens
He picks her up I grab the bags and we take her back to the dorm
Furious with Henry
We walk into the dorm cafeteria and see him with another girl
I go over to home and give him a square punch in the face leaving him with a bloody nose
"That's what you get for hurting my best friend" I say before grabbing my bag and going to my dorm
Luke looks at my in shock and understand my hug he tells my randy is back in her dorm asleep he elopes me in a hug and kisses my forehead and leaves me to get some rest then I get a shower change into my pj's and fall into a deep sleep
