My alarm was going off .
A knock at the door. I open the door
I was wearing a blue t-shirt with checkered sweat pants and my hair in a Bob on my head.
"Good morning"
It was Luke.
Crap I forgot breakfast
"ummmm... Just a second"
I pulled on my tights and leotard and put my hair in a bun. I slid on my sweat pants and toms and ran to the door
"hey wanna go now cause we got about an hour til rehearsal" luke stated.
" sure, um hey any idea what the showcase is this year?"I asked
"i've heard it's either swan lake or the nutcracker." he said
"why are people saying those 2?"
"because of us" Luke stated with a smirky grin
"what do you mean by "us"?"
"o he gave us the main parts. Well we better get to class"he got our plates as we ran to class.
"ok today I tell you your parts in the showcase and yes the roomers are true we are doing the nutcracker. So Ashley will be dew drop...." mr.young said I was trailing off until...
"ms.wood did you hear me you are Clara." he said in an oblivious voice
"and mr. Edwards will be our nutcracker."
Aw great not again. In ballet when we were growing up I had a crush on him and I always hoped to be clara so we could do the duet together but he moved away so my dream never came true
"alright everyone see you back here at 1 I clock to start working on flower waltz. Also Tess and luke see me before you go to lunch." mr. Young said.
We walked over to him together
"alright at 4 everyone but you to will be dismissed you two will stay here til 6 and we will work on your duet. Alright?"
"ok" we said in unison
I turned pale
"are you alright tess?" Luke asked
"never better I answered
"are you worried i'll drop you?"
"yes" I answered
" I would never try to hurt you Tess now lets go get lunch"
