She was midway to Altena the city of knowedge at least that's what the coachman said to her. She was getting a discount for protecting the cart against any potential bandit on the road. If her calculations are correct she would be in Altena in 3 days, 1 week across the sea and then 2 years to be in Orario if nothing goes wrong during the way so she would be almost 18 by the time she arrived at the dungeon that she heard many things. She looked over the shoulders of the coachman over the road which she will be on for the upcoming days, the documents containing her new identity was safely tucked away until the time she will need it when entering the city of Altena, from which she will travel by ship to Rakia. Because of the history between elves and rakians ensure that they will not search there so it's the perfect location to master her techniques.
"Why did you leave the forest miss elf?"
The coachman asked snapping her out of her thoughts. She answered the kind man.
"To gain new expriences, to learn swordmanship and to gain new friends no matter the race."
The coach nodded.
"Admirable goals. So you don't seek fame?"
"Seeking fame is more like a poison it slowly and unseen corrupts the people. I want nothing more than be a helping hand, a friend, a healer, a protector, somebody that people need in their time of weakness so they could rise once again from the ground. A shield against the cruelty of our world. The enemy of the evil even if I can't save everybody. I will try to protect everybody even if I need to go an a rampage."
Raven told her deepest desire/dream without realising it. Her eyes widened as she just realized what she wanted to do. Maybe that's why she wants to go to Orario as she heard from a trader that Orario is a place where the people's desires and dreams comes into fruition the easiest.
The coachman looked back at her as he didn't expect this kind of answer. What surprised him more is how far she is willing to go to lose everything the elves stand for, their grace, their longevity. The coach smiled.
"Such noble goal. I will wait to hear from you even if you won't rise to fame.
Raven nodded her thanks. She looked back, what made her say what she said.
She has been disgraced, dishonored, orphaned, but before that she wanted to protect her friend Riveria, be by her side, do as she says. Of course she didn't tell her this as she would think that she is like any other elf. She can't do that anymore, unless Riveria leaves the forest but that is unlikely based on how protective Larfal was of her.Larfal the king of the Alf forest was a great man in the eyes of the elves. It is an unwriten agreement that the leader of the Alf forest leads all elves. He had everything that anybody could wish for a lovely partner, an excellent child and power. Now thinking about it several things don't make sense. He has been close to her father, but more like friends. Over the years leading to this day their relationship became more deteriorated to the point they were almost considered enemies. But both side knew their duty and they wouldn't let their relationship hurt their daugthers. Both were friendly with their "oppenent's" child. Larfal even made her one of Riveria's personal bodyguard until Raven's death, this however mas made in secret between the 3 of them.
From her observations this came out of nowhere. She spent a lot of time near him because of Riveria and there were no signs for his actions. Maybe a magical item or magic? If that were the case then who would do it? The manuals could be opened by only a Solas. Who know about the manuals? Her sister, Riveria, Larfal and Lavias. Her sister wouldn't do it as she loved Raven, and was happily married. She trusted Riveria as she gave her help to survive. Larfal could gain more power if the manuals were in his hand, but was close to her father. Larfal only knows their existance and had no need for the extra power.
