you and kaeya were academic rivals. sometimes he was first in the examinations whereas the other times you were first. and this was the reason why you and kaeya have had a few arguments over who is a better student.
and kaeya was the last person you'd ever imagine yourself in a relationship with. but maybe, destiny did a twist?

your exams were upcoming and you were pressured over it because you wanted to be the top student in the school.

after pulling all nighter for studying, you saw the time and it was already 5:30 am.
you started to get dressed for your highschool
you washed your hair and wore your uniform along with your favourite hairclip and you were ready for school

barbara : it was a tiring day today no y/n? are u done with your exam preparations?
y/n : mmh, well i do have to revise a lot. i really wish i could lead ahead of kaeya this time.
barbara : awh, ofcourse u can do it y/n! i believe in you

you smile softly and barbara leaves the room for her next class as you both had different subjects.

your subject teacher was absent and the substitute teacher had to manage some trivial works around the school so your class was empty without a teacher and the subject which you chose, wasn't selected by a lot of students.
and hence, there were minimal students in your class. out of which, one was kaeya.

you hated to see him around you and you wanted to avoid him in every single moment possible.

you decided to lay your head on the desk and before you could realise it, you had fallen asleep.
as time passed by, the school bell rang but there was no one to wake you up...
after about thirty minutes of the bell ringing, you woke up to see no one around you.

no student. no bags. nothing. you were isolated.

a shiver went down your spine and you started to call for help. but as you expected, there was no response.
and that's when you realised that you were all alone in the school......but were you actually all alone?

you got up, and started to look around in every single classroom only to find out that there was no one around.
you searched through the libraries, corridors, stairs, music room, basketball court. but not even a single ounce of presence of anyone was found....

but.....there was one place which you hadn't checked......

boys washroom.

you thought that it was the last place left to check...i mean it's a survival thing no?
you had no other hopes left.

you get in and say "hello?" in a loud but an awkward voice

"the fuck" you heard a familiar voice say it

"aaa-" you scream because it was unexpected for you to actually find someone left in the school.....and also because you were a girl, in the boys washroom

you get out of there and a tall boy comes behind you

"y/n? what are you doing here?" you turn around to see kaeya in front of you...just a few inches apart

"what are you doing here?"

"what would i be doing in the washroom hm?" kaeya says with a smirk on his face
"just shut up kaeya" you exclaimed

"huh? i was just curious about your curiousity of what i was doing in the toilet..." kaeya laughs and you roll your eye at him.
but you tried not to be mad at him because he was the only person who could let you go out of the school now
