According to Ra'niya, their whole little Instagram breakdown was just them "overreacting." Billie immediately facetimed Ra'niya once they became sober enough to speak, worried that their "overreaction" was somehow her fault.
"Bil, I told you, I'm fine: I was just being a bitch." She sighed at her bestfriends response, knowing that Ra'niya was lying, but about what was the question at hand. Billie scrolled through her old Instagram pictures for the third time this week, feeling more and more like the blue-haired girl she saw in the pictures.
She didn't know if it was the recent music slump she had been in or the fact that it seemed as if no one liked Jesse, but Billie was tired. These days, all she really desired to do was sleep: not eat, not exercise, not talk, just sleep.
She wasn't her usual self and she caught herself lashing out at things randomly. Maybe it had to do with the fact that she and Ra'niya didn't immediately become inseparable once they apologized to one another.
She groaned loudly, throwing her head back and storming out of the living room to go into her bedroom, leaving Jesse sitting on the couch dazed and confused.
