Killahead Part Two

Your heart pounded as you cut your way through multiple Gumm-Gumms. Stabbing your staff into the ground as the stone shone before f/c blasts left it striking the multiple trolls circling you. You continued attacking breathing heavily, sweat dripping down your forehead. "Look about!" A solider yelled, more screaming in panic causing you to turn to see a familiar woman in gold attacking your comrades. "Morgana's returned! She's enemy number one!" Douxie informed as the woman flew off a trail of gold behind her. You retracted your staff running after the female, Merlin and Douxie not far behind.

You followed the feel of her magic. You ran faster feeling the presence grow stronger as you led the two wizards behind you. You halted in the middle of a patch of grass surrounded by stones and trees. "I feel dark magic." Douxie paused, a hand hovering over his glowing bracelet. "No offense" He took a quick glance at you. "None taken, and you're right she's close." You said taking your staff, out extending it. "An old man, a foolish boy, and my daughter lost as always." Morgana's voice echoed but the woman was no where in sight. "Do you dare run... or face my vengeance?" She asked landing on a stone in front of you. "Um, is there a third option?" Archie asked as you just realized the familiar had been following you all this time. You felt something was off and you were right when multiple branches wrapped around your limbs and waist.

The top of your staff glowed brighter the more you struggled against the restraints. You managed to break free a small wave of f/c destroying your binds, your mother cackling as you did so. You tried blasting the woman but she flew away dodging every attack. "Merlin!" Douxie's concerned tone caused you to turn to see Merlin clutching his side. "You're injured! Badly." The younger said helping brace the older. The two conversed behind you as you tried to figure out where the witch had gone. You so happened to hear Jim's name mentioned causing you to listen intently. "The corruption in his heart has no cure. When he returns to the future, it will overtake him." Merlin sadly informed. "What?" You turned the worry in your voice present. "There has to be another way." You panicked, Merlin looking at you in sadness. "I'm sorry but save time itself, you all must return home, even if it means James Lake will be no more." He walked ahead the two teens joining his side. You continued on saddened by the news the wizard just shared.

"Morgana reveal thyself!" The older yelled. You stopped and looked around to see multiple stone ledges and a ship of sorts in between them. "Look what has wandered into my web." A voice said causing you to look up Morgana coming into view. "These are dark powers you meddle with, Morgana. Who granted them? Who resurrected you from death?" Merlin interrogated as you looked at the woman in disbelief letting it fully sink in that she is alive and well physically. "Wizards beyond your ken. You four aren't going anywhere. I have a king to slay." She said walking through a black and gold portal but not before summoning a shadow clone. The clone created a knife jumping towards your group. You stood in front of the males blocking an attack from her. She forced the blade further against your staff pushing you back. A blue blast knocked the replicate off you before Douxie ran past you charging her.

Merlin was barely a help since  he was injured but You and Douxie could handle themselves. The fight resumed getting more intense by the moment as it spilled into a stone territory. You managed to get a good hit on it knocking it back. It stood once more and you got into a defensive stance. As you got ready to stick again it melted back into the ground causing you to go even more on guard. Your mother appeared kneeling in its place but something was off. A sound left the woman and your eyes widen upon realizing what it was.

She was crying.

Sobs left the woman as your expression changed to one of worry. "Mom?" You asked lowering your staff. "It's your fault! You're the reason Arthur is gone!" She accused the two behind you tears streaming down her face as looks of shock crossed your group. "No." You covered your mouth, upset by the news. Though your moment of sadness didn't last long as the woman began attacking you all once more. Gold clashed with f/c, blue, and green as the wizards/witches traded blows and attacks relentlessly. "Mother stop this!" You yelled at the woman gold parting in front of you as you blocked one of her many attacks. "She's too powerful! We have no choice but to seal her away!" Merlin informed the two males stepping in blasting the woman's magic back. "I know. I'll try to buy some ti-" "Move!!" You cut the boy off pushing him out of the way before a gold flame passed over you and Merlin.
