*They would go back to the village and Saki would get stitches after which they would be called to the hokage's office to give a report.

Saki – "I would step in with everyone already there" Sorry I'm late the stitches took longer than I thought

Sarada – Should you even be out of bed

Saki – I'm fine it's just a scrape

Ayato – If it was just a scrape why did you lose half your blood, if I was there it wouldn't have happened.

Saki – Seriously, are you still mad, I said sorry for locking you up in the crystal prison, and you know it's nothing serious so stop babying me.

Ayato – Whatever "he would pout"

Saki – I did it to keep you safe, stop whining

Ayato – I know but don't do it again

Saki – Promise "I would say with a smile"

Naruto – "he would clear his throat" Saki but you don't need to be here, you can go rest.

Saki – Nope I'm good, I am here to get the mission you promised me

Naruto – No, your injured wait a week

Saki – You promised, I didn't but up with mister high and mighty for nothing

Naruto – Fine I will think about it, now run me through the mission.

Sasuke – We found Shin Uchiha and he has been neutralised, the Uchiha eyes he possessed self destructed and could not be retrieved.

Naruto – Alright all of you can go, and Saki I will get back to you later

Saki – Fine

*Saki would be sitting on her desk reading about the history of the village when she would feel a presence behind her

Saki –"I won't even look back" What do you want, why are you here

Sasuke – So you can still feel my presence, that's impressive "Such detection would take a whole lot of training"

*Saki turned her chair and faced him while crossing her legs and putting her hands on her knee.

Saki – Impressive sure, but you can't feel peace like ever, I'm always on high alert. But either way that's not the point, why are you here.

*Sasuke looked around when an empty cabinet with dust settled on, caught his eye. The dust left marks behind showing that something was removed from there.

Saki – I burnt them

Sasuke – What?

Saki – The pictures that were on the cabinet, that's what you're wondering about right.

Sasuke – Why

Saki – I was angry and I felt like it. "I would say bluntly"

Sasuke – I just dropped by to thank you for saving Sarada's life and mine as well. "He would say in an unsure tone"

Saki – Don't be, it's my job as a shinobi. "I would say with no emotion"

Sasuke – Either way, seeing how our first encounter went, I didn't expect you to help.

Saki – Well I didn't expect you to have the decency to thank me after believing I was a product of your wife's extramarital affair but I guess we can both surprise each other. "I would say in a sarcastic tone"

Sasuke – You really are a brat, no wonder your Sakura's daughter "He would say in a harsh tone"

Saki – You shouldn't insult the dead. "I would say with a bored look on my face"

Sasuke – "Sadness would flash through his eyes for a moment"

Saki – Well if that is all you should leave. Oh wait, one last thing I didn't save Sarada because she's my family, Ayato is my only family, you and her, if both of you died on the pavement tonight I wouldn't bat an eye. It was my mission to make sure no one died and I fulfilled it, that is all so don't thank me.

*Sasuke would be about to say something but seeing that Saki already turned around to get back to her work he would leave

Saki – (You don't care, stay that way, he is a horrible person and he will never care, so don't care too)

*Saki would feel a tear slide down her face not knowing why it dropped from her eyes she would quickly wipe it before it fell onto her book.
