A couple of months has passed since Daric defeated Garroth and obtained his new style. However this didn't mean that he was done. Daric was in his front yard punching the air.
Daric: Well this is getting nowhere.... Come on Daric get a grip.
Daric then charged his hands creating a ball of lightning.
Daric: ELECTRIC BLASTER!
The move then launched into the tree causing an explosion. Daric then sat on the ground with him panting a bit.
Diyu: What's wrong Daric?
He then signed before he put his hand on his chest.
Daric: No not really. I've been training for a while yet I fail to master any of my abilities.
Diyu: Aww don't say that. Besides you can't really expect results when you don't really need them.
Daric: What do you mean?
Diyu: I'm just saying your mastery usually comes when you don't worry about it so theirs no need to stress.
Daric:.... Yeah I guess your right. Still I really want a way to really surpass myself ya know?
Diyu: No sir not really.
Daric only sighed again as he layed down on the ground. However soon enough he received a call on his phone.
Daric: This is Daric what do you want?
Blaze: Daric?
Daric: Blaze? It's been a while.... Why the sudden text?
Blaze: Well I was wondering if you wanted to hang out with me and Iris for a while?
Daric:....... This seems sketchy.
Blaze: Really? How so?
Daric: Well we haven't really called in a while.... Or texted....... Or interacted.... O---
Blaze: I get your point.... That's why I wanted to call actually. So?
Daric:.... Yeah sure I need to relax anyway.
Blaze: Perfect! I'll see ya soon.
Daric then hanged up and sighed before getting up and stretched.
Diyu: Oh you're going?
Daric: Yeah I am.... I need a break anyway like I said.
*Timeskip*
Daric finally arrived at the place as he looked around for the two.
Blaze: OVER HERE!
Daric:? Oh hey Blaze! Hey Iris!
Iris: You sure took your time.
Daric: I did..... Sorry about that.
Blaze: That's okay besides we weren't in a rush.
Daric: Cool.... However I gotta ask... Why the zoo of all places?
Iris: Well we like to come here from time to time.
Blaze: Yeah it's a good place to look at the animals and such.
Daric: Fair enough I guess speaking of I did wanna see the giraffes.
Blaze: Then we should go their fist let's go Daric.
The trio then took their time to have fun at the zoo. This lasted for a couple of hours before they met in the center now eating cotton candy.
Blaze: This was fun. Did you have fun Iris?
