Hours of sleep passed, after you spent time with Kokomi at the tower in Yachimatahime's Locus. Your drowsiness was beginning to fade, since you had gotten enough rest.

Your eyelids opened slowly, getting used to the light. When you looked beside you, you found that Kokomi was there, in the same state as you.

"Good morning", you said, still sleepy.

She said it back, forcing her eyes to be open.

She put her weight on her elbow, leaning sideways on the ground. You got up and stretched your body, only to then sit back down to face her.

"How did you sleep?"

"I slept just fine. What about you?", she replied.

"Just fine as well."

She sat down properly. You stood up and helped her up.

As she managed to get up, she stared at you for a moment. Your hands were positioned comfortably with hers, bringing you close.

Cutting the space between you, you gave her a morning kiss. A quick peck, but it was enough to make her smile.

You let go of one of her hands, still holding her other one. You guided her outside the building, walking to the seashell-like platforms that were right outside.

Those platforms only resembled those seashells because of their shape, since their color was nothing like them.

You watched the landscape in the distance, not being able to observe anything at all beyond the broken buildings nearby. But at least you were with her.

"How was it that we ended up here?", you asked.

"We've just always been here."

No reply. Only silence. Warm silence.

Anyway. It didn't matter. She was right.

She turned around, and walked to the platform behind that was now in front of her. She stepped on it, and knelt to the ground to take a closer look at the flowers.

You turned around, looking at her while she did this.

"Which one...? The luminescent, or the other ones...?", she tilted her head in thought, mumbling.

"Hm?", you said, while she was making up her mind.

She ripped one of the luminescent plants from the grass, and four other small flowers that accompanied them.

She attempted to arrange them in a way they would make a shape, but none was coherent.
