In front of you is the empty bookshelf. Or better: the almost empty book shelf. The shelf with the one book you are not allowed to read. It's secrets lie around it like a coat. Protecting. Hiding. You stretch out you hand and- NO, I TOLD YOU; DON'T READ THIS BOOK. DON'T-

"I stretch out my hands and grab the small case, it feels warm in my fingers."

You stretch out your hands and gab the small case, it feels warm in your fingers. HOW DARE YOU OUTSMART ME. YOU LITTLE FOOL. I'M THE NARRATOR. YOU'RE NOTHING MORE THAN A SAND CORN BETWEEN MY FINGERS. The narrator calmed down and said in a much quieter voice: This will have consequences.

You shrug and put the book into your backpack. This wasn't the right time to read, you had to find a dog first. You jogg through the room, looking for a sight of Linn or the Fairy Tale book. Suddenly, you hear a scream. It rings in your ears and speeds up your heart beat.

"Linn?!", you call. No answer. You sprint in the direction where the noice came from.

After several breath taking seconds, you spot her dark brown hair behind a shelf. She kneels next to a man. He is unconscious, blood wets his blond hair and dark marks are visible on his sleeve. He looks, like someone attacked him.

"W-what happend?", you stammer, not quiet understanding the scene in front of you.

Linn looked up. She took a deep breath to prepare herselve for the next words.

"This..."

Don't listen to her, she's LYING!

"This is the narrator. The real narrator."

Oh fuck...

"But... how? Who is the man that told the story until now, then?"

"I-I don't know. But he's a traitor. This is the real narrator. Maybe that's why Buddy is gone. His owner got attacked, he panicked and fled. In the process, he accidentaly fell into the book you heard him in."

"The narrator is awfully quiet. Do you think he fled?"

"There is only on way to find that out. We need to go to his lectern."

"The narrator has a lectern? This is so wierd.... i-i don't want to continue this book."

"Well, i don't think you have a real choice. You are hooked. Come on now. Let's seek the intruder."
