Marvin and Emily were watching videos of the Russians carrying out horrific experiments on Soldier Boy. Emily was horrified and disgusted by what the Russians were doing to her husband by shooting them down his throat and onto his body. for his part, Frenchie prayed that Kimiko would live.

" How is she? " asked Billy as he  come in the place. "Stable for now thank to the power of Emily"  said Frenchie as he looks to Billy who come to see Emily and Marvin. " How the fuck's that cunt still breathing? Twenty sieverts of radiation. Slfuric acid cocktails. More or less shoved Chernobyl right up his arse. I'll wager that's how he got them nasty new powers. Listen mate, we can't hang about here  looking for him, right? We got  to get Kimiko home to a proper doctor " said Billy to Marvin and saw Emily completely silencied by the action on her husband. " You don't give  a shit about Kimiko Or anyone else " said Emily angrily as she makes him sad. " Look, I took  a fucking drug. And in case you forgot I just saved your life. " said Billy to Marvin who stand up from his chair. "You killed Gunpowder, didn't you? Did you use your little laser eyes? " asked angrily Marvin. "You're too fucking right, I did to protect Emily. And it felt good. For once, I leveled the fucking playing field" admit. "Butcher, the whole point of  what we do, the whole goddamn point,  is that no one should have that kind of power. " said Marvin. " Well, ain't that just fucking fairies and dancing dildos, eh? I happen to live right down here, mate,  on planet Earth " mock Billy to them. "Marvin, he isn't worth it" said Emily. 

Billy went to check on Hughie but he seemed to be unwell as he vomited up all the temporary compound. He laughed at him and thought he saw Lenny for a brief moment. Ashley was going to take over the reins of International Vought. Like Stan Edgar, Homelander became the boss of Vought to chart the direction of the company and the shareholders were delighted. Homelander had trusted no one since Stan Edgar and was cleaning up the company.

As he was cleaning house, Homelander had put The Deep in the position of criminal squad instead of Barbara. hughie found Annie who was completely freaked out by the fact that Homelander was a psychopath and that it was him who killed Alex and she explains that the next one will be him on her list. He tells her it wasn't his fault. Annie asks what could be the weapon that killed Soldier Boy but he admits that what happened in Moscow went badly. She admits that he took the temporary V compound and looked nervous while she took alcoholic drinks. He then tries to calm her down by telling her that he told her the truth.

Annie started to yell at him about the fact that he took a substance, telling him that it could have killed him. He admits that it's the last one he would repeat because it's a horrible thing but he said it in an ironic way saying that he loved it. He admits that he knew how to use his teleportation power to save MM. 

Annie was still worried and Hughie tried to reassure her by saying that they will all do what is necessary to be together against the whole earth.

Billy was in his corner going over the St. Joseph necklace that Ryan had thrown on him. Emily came into the room to try to comfort him. " I don't understand How the fuck My husband well my ex-husband is still alive? " asked Emily as she tries to be sarcstic with Billy. "Well another nutter loose in the world, thanks to us. " said Billy with his drink." You look like warmed-over shit. " said Emily as she comes to him to touch his face." Well.. Leat I'll be sober in the morning. You'll still be a Supe" said Billy desesperatly. "Well, if Supe are so fucking vile why do you want to be one again?" said Emily as she the V-temporary that Maeve give to her earlier and he proposed her some drink."Remember i  don't drink. " said Emily with a small knowing he struggle to drink alchoolol. "It's been a year for me" said as if it was a compliment and she sit next to him. " What are we going to do about Ryan? " asked Emily. "No. Be years before Ryan can take him on. What about that plane video. I mean, I know it wouldn't be so brilliant for you but least it'll pull back the curtain on the cunt. " proposed Billy to Emily as he continues to drink. "Would send him over the edge. He'd end up killing a million people. And I am his fucking mother. I am bad parent. Maeve told me that the video was always a bluff. " explain Emily desesperatly. "Not to me it ain't. I thought you change over him but I actually you hated the guy. " said Emily as she saw him takes one of V-Temporary. "I done them all. Coke, E, meth, smack. Aiin't nothing like this. Used to be months of leg work to take down a Supe. Gunpowder. not even a New York minute. " said Billy. "Must've felt good. " said ironically Emily. "I hated every second. No. The V just made me more..me. Just a bunch of walking nuclear erections. You know? And it's not just Homelander. I mean, you-you fucking all got to go. Every fucking last.. one of you" said Billy and Emily to kiss on his lips to give him some confort and after a long kissing he stop to stand up. "What? You still you're too good for me? " said Emily as she look to Him.
