"Tomorrow is gonna be the biggest meeting I am sure AAA company is gonna invest in us" Mr.russo said to all the staff and to the main attenders of the meeting.

"All 3 cassie, liana, aleana the main attenders of the meeting will have to reach here just at 9am and aleana get the files we completed last week and the project we worked on get that I can trust you only so be their on time" Mr.russo said

"I will do it boss, will be on time" I replied

"That's my employee" Mr.russo said

●15 mins later●

I was doing my work just then Cassie came up to me and asked if I have got a dress for tomorrow's meeting

"We don't actually need a nice or pretty dress to impress someone it's all about the skills" I replied

"You don't need a dress but Liana and I surely do and dress is the best thing to impress someone and someone like you won't understand it" Cassie said

"Yeah. I totally don't understand you both coz you are someone who likes to pay more attention to the looks and not the work" I Said and I bet they have something planned out to do with it....

•Liana and Cassie both were chattering about the meeting tomorrow and what they are gonna were and I can't focus on the work so I left the office and went home and did all the work like ughhh... why they just... u know what i should leave gosh. •

It's been 2 hours till I'm working at my apartment

Suddenly I got a call from Cassie she said that Mr.russo has said me to bring the coffee from down town and the timings has been changed we have to come at 9:30 am tomorrow. And I believed in them.

•Next day (meeting day)•

I brought the coffee and it was 9:20am and I just entered the meeting hall saying...

"Cassie I have got the coff-" I didn't even complete the sentence

We both were in relationship for 7 years in maryland and we both love each other more than anything but my mother was admitted in the hospital because she has cancer soo me and David were taking care of her and one day David's mother came up in the hospital to visit my mother and me and David were their David's mother told him to go and grab a tea for her soo David went out of the room and just then David's mother started being angry she said my son got a scholarship and you are the one who us not letting him focus on his career I want you both to break up because you are the only reason he can't focus on his career i felt really broken that day coz i really love him so much but i want to see him be more successful and i have to do it i really dont want to but i got to .. we broke up and I said on the last day to him that real mens keep their womens happy they purchase them bags and expensive jewelries and you are nothing but poor I really didn't mean it but I got to do it for his career and I planned the whole thing.... but now he is back in LA...

I feel so uncomfortable near him but it's a long time after that he is now CEO yeah. A FUCKING CEO his mother was right that someday he will succeed in his career and for that I have to leave him

"You must be miss, Anniston right" he said while asking for a handshake and giving me a smirk

"Yeah David. I- I mean mr. Washington" I
said with a awkward smile while we did a handshake

He wasn't leaving my hand I snatched it.

I have a seat and so did him.....

"Do why do AAA company has to invest in you" David said to Mr. Russo

"Our company is really good as you can see in the following investments" Mr.russo said.....

We got a meeting talk and David agreed to invest in our company I am shocked to see that he owned AAA company I mean he is a fucking BILLIONAIRE NOW but why was he here for revenge or something. I don't know it's totally for revenge he was working in Maryland, from past 5 years but why suddenly LA

"I will surely invest in your company but I have a question or you can say a problem"  David said

"What we can help you with  Mr.Washington" Mr.russo said

"As you all know I have been working in Maryland for the past 5 years but I will be doing more business in LA soo.. I need someone to show me around" he said while looking and me and giving me a smirk.

"Sure sure. So ladies who will be the one to show him around in LA" Mr.russo said

Just then Cassie got up and said...
"me Mr.russo."
and then Liana also got up and said.
"No I will show him."

"Cassie was first one Liana" Mr.russo said

"What about you Aleana. Can't you guide me, you can show me around where are you from? " David said even though he knew I am from Maryland too but he act like he don't know anything... he has changed a lot

"Yeahh. she is one of my most trusted employee she is in top 3 employee list she can definitely do that for you Mr.washington. am I right aleana?!" Mr.russo said

"Umm... I am sorry Mr.Washington I am actually not from LA, I am from umm.. Maryland  I think Cassie would be perfect for you to show you around for  sure" I said while uttering and giving an awkward smile

"Ohh... what a coincidence I am also from Maryland you will be perfect aleana I mean Miss.Anniston u will be great" David said while smirking
