Engagement day continue,
Alizeh's pov.
Zain and I standing on the stage guests are coming to meet us one by one.
Zain looked at me and said, "are you fine? Do you want to sit?"
" No, I am fine". I said and he nodded.
I am thinking about Faiza and Daniyal's fight. I am thinking of saying sorry to Zain for Faiza's behavior.
"Umm......... Zain". I called his name and he looked at me.
"Yes, do you want something?". He asked.
"No, actually I want to say sorry to you for Faiza's earlier behavior. She is not like that I don't know what happened to her today. I am sorry Zain". I said looking down.
"Why are you saying sorry my angel. It's ok and I know how Daniyal is. He is stupid and I am sure he was at fault so, don't worry ok". He said and I nodded.
My mom came to the stage and said, " you both sit for sometime all the guests are going to eat".
"Mom, I want to go to washroom". I said.
"Ok let's go. Zain beta you sit we are coming". Mom said and we left.
We go towards the washroom.
"Mom you wait here I will go". I said.
"You want any help bachha?". Mom asked.
"No mamma you wait here". I said.
I come inside the washroom and finish my work and now I am standing in front of a mirror sating my makeup and hair when washroom door opened I saw it was Soha.
"Hii Soha". I said with smile but she didn't say anything so I again ask, "how are you?".
She look towards me and said, " oh please I don't want to talk to you. You are such a drama queen. You know you don't deserve for Zain he is perfect and you are just pretending sweet and innocent. Zain is smart and handsome and you look at yourself you are not even looking beautiful".
My smile drop and I am going to say something to her but she left. I looked in a mirror and tears left from my eyes. I wiped my tears.
Relax Alizeh today is your engagement don't cry I said to myself and come out from the washroom. I saw mom was not their I think she left. I go towards the stage and sat down beside Zain. I didn't say anything and look down I am thinking what Soha said. Why she didn't like me? She was right I don't deserve Zain he is perfect. What if Zain also think same how Soha is thinking about me. I am in my thoughts when Zain hold my hand and said,
"Alizeh! What happened? I called you 3 times you didn't listen are you fine right?".
"Umm......... Yes I am fine". I said in my low voice.
"You don't look fine. What happened tell me". He said while looking towards me.
"No I am just little tired". I said.
"Do you want to eat something?" He asked.
"No". I said.
"You want to go home? Let's go". He said and he is going to stand but I stop him.
"What are you doing Zain abhi to function khatam bhi nahi hua hai sab guests hai abhi ham nahi ja sakte ese". I said.
"I don't care and you are tired you need rest sweetheart". He said and I froze on my spot why he always called me with different nicknames. I felt butterfly in my stomach.
"What happened let's go we are going". He said and I come from my Dreamland.
"Zain ham ese nahi ja sakte sab kya sochege hamare bare mein". I said.
